President Donald Trump’s national security adviser, Michael Flynn, resigned on Monday night in the midst of a raging controversy about his contacts with Russian officials before Trump took office, a White House official said.

Retired General Keith Kellogg, who has been the chief of staff at the National Security Council, has been named acting national security adviser.

No surprise here.

Not even one month of the Trump Administration has been completed and we have our first resignation. How soon before the next one? And who will it be? I'm guessing it's Kellyanne Conway.

Wouldn't surprise me. She looked like death on her media interviews. Or it could be that lying clown Spicer. Apparently, Donald can't stand the guy. We're 1 month in to the Trump experiment and the incompetency is incredible. At this rate, Trump will be impeached before the year is up.

Steven Bannon is the Dick Cheney of this administration. He's not going anywhere.

Nobody in the White House is on the same page. At the same time, the various advisors are trying to sabotage the other. And Trump is too busy worrying about SNL.

What a mess. I had been predicting the fiasco from the word go, but the Trump cheerleaders were in denial. Some members on this forum can eat their words now.
