On Diwali morning, hundreds attacked Hindu homes and temples in Bangladesh, police were allegedly silent during the attack (Check the BDNews24 link). 100 to 200 Hindu minority homes and at least 10 Hindu temples destroyed at Brahmanbaria in Bangladesh, shops owned by Hindus burnt, thousands of Bengali Hindu Minorities rendered homeless on their day of festival.....all over an allegedly defamatory (to Islam) facebook post by someone........and this is neither the first, nor the last in the series of such incidents in Bangladesh (Check the list of similar threads at the bottom of this page to get an idea).

Islamists hails minority rights everywhere except where they are in majority.

Won't be surprised if these things starts happening in West Bengal too.Hindus themselves are to be blamed.

Its high time for a massive population swap. We will take the BD Hindus that want to leave to India.

BD in exchange will take its illegals back and any Eastern Indian Muslims that want to move there.

BD Hindus must not be subject to being forced to live among these barbarian riffraff any longer.

What is their fault? India should open its border for Hindus, Sikhs living in Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Pakistan.

Why beat them? Their crime is they have crossed a border illegally and are thus residing illegally in India. The only answer is to identify (through full 100% aadhar implementation) and deport them.

Those involved in any other crimes must face due process of law in those cases.

Really Unfortunate. Police arrested the guy for posting a photoshopped picture of Shiva Sitting on Kaba long before the vandalism took place. Thankfully No one was hurt or injured.

No wonder.... The green coated anger at its best with known outrage.....

Long happening there bro. I wouldn't blame Hindus per se. I would blame nature of Indian Bengalis....given Hindus in most parts of India have clear red lines and dont take BS from the notorious minorities without severe payback to keep things balanced as much as possible.

If Indian Hindu Bengalis truly want to effect change, they can do so at the ballot box. But they choose not to for the most part and reward the BS by choosing ultra leftists and more recently ultra secularists over their history...just because they are "regional". It gets exacerbated by the intelligent ones leaving for other parts of India in frustration.

They as a state may have to fiscally fail a few times before they wake up to reason.

Both the acts should be condemned.. I just refuse to choose side. I had to mention it as you in your post used the word " Alleged post" while in fact Muslims caught the poster and handed him to Police instead of inflicting any bodily harm.

Hindus should just move to India , It is shameful they have to face with on daily basis...

I refuse to believe that Muslims are tolerant of Hindus anywhere else in the world other than India. It has been a population that has been in decline. Modus operand of countries like Bangladesh is wipe out Hinduism in total, little by little & Infuse Islam as the bedrock religion.
