Hold a refrendum and ask them...who is stopping you??
That's good if 10 million PKR are given to victims of Quetta.
But I was asking for Azad Kashmir, leave it anyways now.
No it is not. Try to answer the questions I have raised, read more on the subject if you have time.
Some food for your thoughts -
Right to self determination can be acquired in case of colonial rule, absence of self governance for long time or a genocide/persecution at large scale. Under UN charter, we have clear mandate on what is self determination and what is secession.
Now if you think any of the above applies to Kashmir, you or Kashmiris should reach out to UN, file a case and get a resolution pass under chapter VII which is binding and enforceable.
The plebiscite recommendation in 48 was not the result of above reasons, but it was an offer India made in advance which could never be delivered because none of the parties including pakistan implemented the pre requisites for self determinations.
