Actually Indus river was called as Hindu River by Persian Aryans, because they couldn't pronounce S . As Vedic Soma juice was called Haoma in Avesta!

However Persian Aryans used to call them Hindus who are living on the bank of Indus , not the people who are living on the bank of Ganges.

So now you decide who is a Hindu!

Thanks and regards!
Thanks for giving the history lesson but I wasnt talking about the background or history of the word.
Let us see what Meriam Webster says about Word HINDU. It says, "

Definition of Hindu
an adherent of Hinduism
Definition of Hinduism
: the dominant religion of India that emphasizes dharma with its resulting ritual and social observances and often mystical contemplation and ascetic practices

Couldn't pronounce "S". In Bengali indus is Sindhu , in Hindi it's Sindh! Persian Aryans (non vedic) pronounced H instead of S !

So for them , Indus/Sindhu/Sindh was Hind/Hindu River!
As far as I am concerned Hindu is the one who worships many gods, I dont care about geographical definitions.

Hinduism religion was founded in Pakistan by the ancestors of present day Pakistanis. So the original Hindus are not present day Indians but the former Indians aka Pakistanis.

Hinduism was the religion of Pakistan and Bangladesh before being converted to Islam by Arab warriors, Arab traders and Mughal rulers.

Hindus are not pure Pagans. They are monotheistic. They are monotheist but not in Abrahamic way. In Hinduism Godhead Brahman is worshipped through his manifestations Dev and Devis. They are deities but all deities are same being. Not separate from each other. They are personified avatars of Godhead Brahman. Rama, Krishna, Ganesha all are same being yet different manifestatation of Brahman.

Among the manifestations Sri Krishna is regarded as the highest manifestation of God. He is God himself. He revealed verses of Geeta during Kurukshetra war to his friend and divotee human Arjuna.

In Hinduism, God doesn't send prophets but God himself manifests into male form Dev and female form Devi. Hinduism is not pure paganism but monotheism but Hindu God can take various forms (Dev and Devi) whereas Judaism and Islam God has no form. Christianity has Jesus as God's form in her man flesh.

Krishna is the highest manifestation of God. He himself is called Rama of Ramayana.

Hindus call Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva as Trimurthy of Godhead Brahman. Other Dev and Devis are parts of the Trimurthy. Ganesha is part of Shiva and considered his son. Shiva and Ganesha are same being. Shiva and Parvati both are God incarnate in male and female form. They got a son Ganesha who is also part of Brahman or Godhead.

Hindus worships all of them as God. Not several Gods buy One God. He is too powerful who takes various forms. All forms are God. Not Gods but "God".

Ziaur Rahman's body was burnt and dumped in Halda river

The then President Ziaur Rahman was wearing a white Punjabi and pajamas when he was assassinated at the Chittagong Circuit House 40 years ago. Zia was wearing a vest and pajamas that night, the BNP leader claimed Zia was wearing a vest and pajamas that night, the BNP leader claimed Give me the lotus Read in 2 minutes This has been mentioned in the statement of case as well as the statement of the eyewitness. Meanwhile, all those whose bodies were taken from Rangunia's grave to Dhaka were wearing military uniforms.

Meanwhile, sources said that Ziaur Rahman's body was burnt along with his vehicle and dumped in the Halda river before reaching Rangunia. In the context of the recent controversy over the tomb of Chandrima Udyan in the capital, some information has come to light based on conversations with eyewitnesses at that time. Read more: ‘Although not shot directly, Zia led the liberation war According to the case filed by the then Assistant Commissioner of Police Mokarram Hossain, Ziaur Rahman's body had been lying on the stairs for a long time after the murder on May 30 at 4 pm.

Colonel Mahfuz prevented the police from rescuing the body. Later, some other members of the army went and took the bodies of Ziaur Rahman and other slain army personnel in a vehicle. A team led by Major Khaled received a wireless message from a senior official on the way to Rangunia with the body. Major Khaled sent the rest of the body to Rangunia but set fire to Ziaur Rahman's car. Burnt bodies and vehicles were later dumped from the Madunaghat Bridge into the Halda River. Siru Bangali, a freedom fighter who listened to the testimonies of those involved in the incident, said that before Major Khaled's death, he had given the details of an eyewitness to one of them. He said that after burning Zia's body with petrol with his own hands, we all pushed the hearse and threw it in the Halda river. Although the BNP leaders denied the fact that Ziaur Rahman's body was burnt, they confirmed that he was wearing white Punjabi and pajamas at the time of Ziaur Rahman's death.

The police also mentioned similar clothes in the case statement. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, the then general secretary of Nagar BNP, said, "My last meeting with Ziaur Rahman was at 12:30 pm, in his bed room, he was wearing a vest and pajamas." We talked, after talking I left. After we left, we got the news at around 4 pm that something like this had happened here. According to historians, even two days after the murder, when the remains of Zia's body were not found, the bodies of some people were taken to Dhaka from a grave next to a shrine in Rangunia. Qutb Uddin Chowdhury, a freedom fighter and eyewitness to the exhumation, said the bodies of the three people who were exhumed were all wearing military uniforms. I did not see the body of anyone wearing Punjabi or genji being taken there. The BNP claimed that Ziaur Rahman was buried in the Chandrima Udyan adjacent to the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban after his removal from Rangunia. However, the government says Ziaur Rahman was not buried there. As Ziaur Rahman's body was not in that coffin in 1971, the then administration did not allow the family to see the face of the body as per custom.
Not in the coffin 1971 per the article, looks like some time travel stuff is involved here...
