Obviously, I did not mean China. Developing countries like India, Pakistan that hope to prosper economically will face economic devastation if they loose access to US market.
You do know that many medium sized countries rely on west for exports
Perhaps that's the mindset people might need to change, and see how the world has drastically changed over the last 20-30 years. Avoid seeing the world through old 1970's lens, or what the fake stream media wants you to see. You compete with the west, or in fact everyone, there is no "rely on".

China got rich by exporting to US/EU. So did Japan. So did Korea.

Only resource rich countries are an exception.

How did US got "rich"? or EU more specifically Germany?
Tang Dynasty was immensely rich, did they count on exports to US/EU?
If there are aliens on Mars, you think Martians can only get rich by exporting to US/EU?

What is your point? I'm not interested in having a pointless argument with you.

In today's globalized economy, developing countries try to prosper by increasing their exports. GCC/US/EU export markets are the most lucrative for the type of goods that these countries are able to manufacture at their stage of industrialization (relative to the rest of the world).

It's not pointless, it's in fact a fundamental question about how a dirt poor or even bombed nation got rich, be it US, or Germany, or Japan all are actually quite similar. China is doing the same, exports is merely a by-product of highly competitive industrialization i.e. foreign customers lining up for your exports, then your currency gains on exchange rate, then get "rich". Speaking of exports, do you know the most lucrative market for Germany selling their cars is a developing country called China? Most lucrative market for South Korea selling their semiconductor is the same destination, China. If you know that, how come "everyone rely on exports to US/EU", they aren't?

The Americans are extremely rattled and humiliated by the rapid loss. They don't want to talk about Afghanistan anymore. Remember how much money and effort went into Afghanistan to control the region. The Americans are today empty handed. Pleading to nations for military bases.
Actually not much money. Money was washed by America and money is still in America. Afghanistan got nothing spent on it. Where are the hospitals, schools infrastructure etc????

Comparing the manufacturing prowess of developed economies with that developing countries does not make sense. Despite all free trade agreements with China, Pakistan's main exports to China are cotton and copper. But Pakistan is able to export manufactured textiles to US across seas more profitably. Why is it that Pakistan is not able to export the same manufactured goods to China?

Germany, Japan, China, Korea - most if not all of these countries got rich by exporting to US and other European countries. Only now are they able to trade high end engineering / luxury goods with each other. Developing South Asian countries are simply not at that stage of development yet.

Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan should drop their economic borders and have one currency and act and trade as one community, which would have a combined population of about 380 million people. No customs, taxes or duty between them and strategic agreements for exports and imports and act and trade as a single entity; Combine their defense, education, research and development and one voice to the world.

Id add couple of central Asian countries too like Tajikistan,Uzbekistan etc, it'll be a powerful group though upwards of trillion $ economy and potential of easily breaking 3$ trillion limit in a decade or 15 years if things work out perfectly

but I don't think this idea is very good for Iran- They don't up as the most dominant group here
This sounds more like a pipedream of a Persian nationalist trying to create Iranic council but so many problems with this one if you even begin to start thinking about it

In practical terms its a disaster

Yes, but the whole world order balance would change in a single stroke. We could add other central countries who wish to join later but let the frame work and charter be established first. Of course enemies of unity would come out with criticisms and negativeness. In a highly competitive world this is the best option for these 3 countries.Instead of competing there would be cooperation and it would ensure peace and stability in a region for so long that has seen war. The name should be changed to Islamic republic or something similar.

Are you talking about a mega state or just a EU type organization?- cause I am not understanding the issue here...

combine defense- thy have to compete with India while we have to compete with GCC so pretty much a very bad idea
all 3 countries have different levels of development where Iran is leading - so that's another issue

For economic connectivity Pakistan is working on connecting the economies of central Asia, Afghan, Pak and Iran with each other, economic advisor says he is planning on announcing something big on March of 2022 - where all of em will gather and sign agreements
rn they are working on it/ paperwork etc

Including Iran in the fantasy group will automatically place the other countries under US economic sanctions. :undecided:
