3 years have been an abject failure, it's clear the 2018 elections where rigged to a huge extent. Any fair election would be a rout against PTI and Imran khan.
Let the people decide.
Another 2 years will further damage the country and any subsequent term would be saying goodbye to the state.
The experiment with a hybrid system has failed.
Ik and KJB and any other architect of this system probably saw them selves as the Young Turks bringing in a new vision. Unfortunately our lot are not Young Turks but Old Pakis

In terms of longevity of his premiership, he is outperforming my expectations. Loosely coalesced coalitions tend not to last.

I think he will survive without any problem however it is probably the last time we see him as Prime Minister

Prince Bilawal and Her Highness Princess Maryam of Raiwand will retain majority in the General Election 2023 if they co operate with each other otherwise it will just be the hung parliament similar to 2008

As long as the military establishment is with him he can remain in power virtually indefinitely. even the judicial establishment can't do anything.

Ameer ul momaneen Hazrat molana imran khan will crush his enemies in next 2 years and will get huge win over his adversaries in next elections
It's not important whether Cartoon-e-Azam PM Imran Khan completes his five-year term but it's important that the ruling party, the Pakistan Tehrik-e-Baqwas complete it's five-year tenure to ensure a democratic system endures all the challenges it faces.

Look at the history of the British Parliament and how many different political parties ruled the country over the centuries. It all lead to strengthening of the democratic system.

Therefore, it is more prudent for Pakistan to prevent the interfering military from interrupting and sabotaging the strengthening of the democratic system every ten-years or so for their own personal gains.

Change takes time.

Give him 10 years. Then decide.

Have any of you worked in a large company? If the workplace culture and overall performance of a company is wrong, it will take several months or even years to fix.

Now imagine trying to do that with Pakistan. Like it or not, Pakistan is perceived negatively by the rest. Many view it with disgust. Imran Khan isn't viewed like that...

My 2 pence for you guys.

Pakistan Army Chiefs had 10-years at a time on 3 separate occasions and we saw.

Just to joggle your nemory:
  • General Ayub Khan swapped Shaksgam Valley.
  • General Yahya Khan lost half of the country in just 13-days.
  • General Zia-ul-Haq lost Siachin Glacier.
  • General (convicted traitor) Pervez Musharraf lost Kargil, Waziristan, signed up on drone strikes
  • General Pervez Ashfaq Kiyani: OBL raid, Shamsi Airbase.
  • General Raheel Shareef: Foreign funded dharna sieges Pakistani capital.
  • General Qamar Javed Bajwa: India annexed Kashmir.
You talk about 10-years. I say even 70-years are not enough for these people.

Pakistan is a country facing a potential WW3 from now until the mid-century.. This country can't afford incompetent leaders like Bhutto-Zardari or Nawaz etc etc people good for selling newspapers and stuff like that court intrigue.. Pakistan exists in what I call in the ''Existential threat'' atmosphere and having incompetent leaders will not help you but accelerate the down fall of PK and boy it won't come without disaster as India would have to destroy everything from city to city and massacre all Pakistans literally everyone with complete annihilation.. As Allah said hatred has already appeared from their mouths, and what their breasts conceal is greater..

What does this mean... Pakistan needs strong leaders like Imran Khan this is vital for the long term survival of pakistan and it has to rise to the occasion.. PK will not go silently into the night by Allah but bringing in fools like Zardari or Maryam Nawaz will not help this country and it's people... We don't exist in such reality where we can afford such leaders. Imran Khan has come in and prepared this Country militarily and strengthen pakistan. India is afraid of Imran Khan since Fab 19th he doesn't jest around or beat around the bushes that is the kind of leader Pakistan needs someone who is capable that demands respect and feared by his foes

That capable, respected and feared leader is not ik.
For the record ZAB had millions of faults but had the vision to start the nuclear program. Zia had the courage to move it forward.
Unfortunately we assume all military people are all more loyal to the state and than for themselves, and we assume all politicians (except his holiness, ik) are more loyal to themselves than the state. In reality there is a massive grey area.
Our establishment created the environment for 71. Labelled Mujeeb a traitor etc. He was probably just as loyal as Yahya. The establishment chooses who is a patriot, (Fatima Jinnah, wasn't one of them)
Unfortunately this is a huge mess.
I personally don't think much of PPP or PTI but I don't think heart of hearts they are traitors.
For the country to move forward we need some form of conciliation, and the establishment should clean its own house and do what they are good at, which is still war fighting.
