The anti-ship missile is reportedly a Silk Worm missile or a C-702.

    Isnt this too dangerius?
What will happen if Saudi supported Yemenis hit an Iranian logistic support vessel?
We have a new war like iran-ıraq war which will go on for years and no winner. There will be only loosers which are muslims.
The gainers will be westerns with politicaly and economicaly.

It looks like UAE has a lot to learn about naval warfare. At least now they know the coordinates of their enemy and they can plan a retaliation unless it was a mobile launcher which fired at them.

The flight regime (especially the booster dropping away) is characteristic of the C-802X series or its Iranian equivalents (Noor, Qader, etc.). Additionally, it has been reported by Janes that the Yemeni Navy has been operating C-802 missiles in the region; this is not the first time such missiles were used to carry out anti-coalition attacks.

" U.S. officials told Fox News on October 3 that Iran had supplied the Houthis with the “shoulder-fired rockets” that nearly destroyed the vessel, but this claim is inconsistent with footage from the video and the damage to the vessel, according to military experts who spoke with the Long War Journal. Reports indicate that it was likely a C-801 or C-802 anti-ship missile. "
