There is no point in repeating, ad-nauseam, that the temple was destroyed a long time as if that settles it. That may settle it for you but it is not for those who actually make the decisions i.e. Indians. If it is proven that the mosque was built on a temple, regardless of whether it is 10 years ago or 1000 years ago, that mosque will be removed and the temple restored.

If it is proven that the mosque was built on a temple, then the Indian Muslims will be given a new place and funds to build a mosque. If things progress smoothly, hopefully, this mosque itself can be relocated without damaging it to a new place. But in no circumstances, will there not be a temple built.

@hussain0216 At the end of the day, nobody is seeking permission from you or anybody else. People have just tried to explain our rationale.

The case is in court, the ASI has been asked to do a survey. Depending on the result of that survey, further action will be taken. You can choose to accept or not accept it. It doesn't really matter to us either way.

Whether there was a temple or not it will be decided by ASI, although it's pretty clear from the walls of the Mosque that its constructed after demolishing the temple. Once ASI will submit the report, the court will decide, and sooner or later this Mosque will be gone.

As Banaras or Baba Viswanath has no significance for Islam they can take this structure which was constructed over the temple anywhere they want.
