Chinese crashes are reported by media. What blackout? India is the country with the highest internet blackouts performed.
Chines does report crashes. Otherwise how do we know the crashes for J-15 and J-10. The J-15 crash was reported by the state not filmed. Out of the 6 or 7 J-10 crashes (can't remember and haven't checked) only a few were recorded by civilians the others were reported by China's government. So there goes that theory China doesn't report crashes.
J-10 has the highest crash rate due to single engine. F-35 has higher crash rate potentially because of that factor as well. For many of the J-10 crashes, a bird strike takes out the only engine. A few times was Al-31 failure as well. I mean India has crashed Su-30 around twice as many times as J-10 and that's twin engine but sometimes Al-31 had issues with both engines. Indians called it engine issues and Russians denied it saying Indians used inappropriate oils and maintenance.
There are 450+ F-35 in US inventory. The highest number of crashes.
There are nearly 200 F-22 in US inventory. Only 2 crashes. J-20 has not yet crashed and while there are around 200 J-20 in active service, they have not been flying as long as F-22. F-22 in service around 2005 while J-20 first reached service in 2017.
Every time a non western aircraft crashes, it draws people to attack the nation of origin. Every time a western aircraft crashes, the same thing does not happen. With how often F-35s are crashing, it is simply drawing the people to attack western nation of origin. After all they always attack us and make fun of us for doing anything. It's like west dictates to the world that only they are allowed this.
Oh and btw J-20 are flown very often. It has been delivered to every theatre command and airbase using twin engine fighters. It has been intercepting F-35s as per comments from US Navy. They are not hangar queens like Tejas or rather truck mounted queens and only less than 50 in service like Tejas version 1 (only version India has).
