I suspect that TTP will acquiesce to a peace deal with Pakistan without being stubborn about any of these demands. TTP was a tactically useful organization for Afghan Taliban because it kept the Pakistani cooperation with America's war in check. This tactical play achieved its purpose by the time Imran Khan came to power and dismantled Pakistani cooperation with the US. Beyond this, the Afghan Taliban have no purpose for TTP other than as an insurance policy. With the capture of Kabul, the TTP is nothing more than a redundant force.

These current demands are simply a tactic to pacify the more hard core foot soldiers within TTP ranks. Eventually, the organisation will climb down to make peace for some assurances of immunity from prosecution for their fighters. At most, TTP will be able to negotiate for some civil autonomy for their tribes from the writ of Pakistani state.

Multiple ID rat @Tejas Spokesman is still in pain with the truce with TTP

Already missing news of Pakistani soldiers dying daily in Waziristan
Oh no, my dear friend areesh. How foolish of you to think these indian twitter freaks dont go around posting either old or false news regarding the casualties the pak army sustained or attacks by the terrorists.

The amount of false news and old news ive seen on twitter regarding pak army and casualties has been probably at an all time high. Indians have their own way to please themselves. Its called lying. Feel good articles...

Afghan Taliban presented an alternative of dialogue instead of starting a fight for Pakistan 1 week after they ended their 20 years fight against allied forces. We had to try this one for Afghan Taliban, now they know it's not possible and they will start fighting TTP and will be on your side. Because that's what they will need to strengthen their rule over Afghanistan.... PAKISTAN'S SUPPORT. which is linked to operation against TTP
Afghan Taliban will never fight against TTP. This is a great misconception that Afghan Taliban will spend their resources on fighting our enemies. In the end Pakistan will have to eliminate them on its own. At best Taliban can push them to our version of deal nothing more.

Even if TTP comes to an agreement with Pakistan, it means nothing. Members of TTP will just reform under another name and continue their business. If what you said is true, that TTP is an insurance policy for the Taliban, why get rid of it?

Insurance was required until Taliban wasb in war with the US. That is no more the case.

They lost. their is no logic in these retards. They don't have the leverage to make these kinds of demands.

This is why Pakistan can not stop building that fence and string of forts along the borders with Iran and Afghanistan. They also need comprehensive surveillance system along the coastal areas and to fortifying the road and rail routes in or near FATA, as well as the restive parts of Baluchistan and KPK, as well as all CPEC routes.

Hundreds of Star forts should command the heights in or near these vital areas (not necessarily the population center as not to overly antagonize the public) and give the FC thousands of MRAPs and light attack air assets (drones, helicopters, fixed wing, whatever, but they need CAS on demand) to all mobility and the means to deal with miscreants should they present themselves. Over time, if economic development and full democratic participation can entice the miscreants to give up their ways, it will be better for all.

That's the point. Pakistan couldn't act unilaterally from start... First. We tried the Afghan Taliban option, now we can go with operation and they will have no reason to object because

1. TTP refused to surrender on terms of Govt of Pakistan and is instead making their own list of terms.

2. Afghan Taliban promised the world to not allow it's land being used against any country.
