    Before, almost all, if not all, Indonesian dams are built by state owned companies. Under Jokowi government there is law to prohibit state owned builder companies from building small and medium size dam. This law is meant to give private owned builder companies some upper hand to win any bidding from central government or local government.

    And now I see here there is dam built by Chinese, it must be a program using Chinese fund. I dont know whether it is a gift or not.
