I don't know whether SPA is winning but the Talibs were certainly victorious courtesy their master - NATO, but will they remain in power by the next year ?

Ok. So now we moved from underground 30K SPA ready to pounce on Taliban and take over Afghanistan to Taliban are about to lose and agreeing SPA is not a factor. Good progress.👍
