We discussed this before. The video was made by an amateur in ISPR just for promotional purposes. It wasn't official word.

Pakistan isn't building a missile with 4500km range.

I don't know why @Aeronaut put this up on facebook.

 

Why we need 4500km Missile??? We don't need this. Israel is not our enemy.
