How can they hit back Murika? They can't even hit the houthis properly. Without Trump's support they won't even last 2 weeks.

- Trump talked on the phone with the Saudi king who told him that he knows nothing about this issue..
- Trump sends his foreign secretary Pompeo to KSA immediately to talk with the king..
- Saudi Arabia is to launch an internal investigation as well.. Since some rogue entities might have complotted against it..
- There is officially (from the king) a Saudi-Turkish team conducting the investigations
- KSA has allowed a Turkish forensic team into the consulate in Istambul..

For those who try to put down or hit on KSA.. it is Turkey who has blinked during this affair by releasing the American priest..

Also this particular affair seems to have more causes and ramifications to it than what we all might think..One idea that comes to mind is helping Turkey to get out of its current crises and the escalations with the US..and where KSA is playing a significant role!

And for those big mouthed peanut heads who always criticise KSA.. Show us any other country that stood up openly to the US ( twice in a few weeks; MBS interview, and the king now..)..touting bigger sanctions _which it is capable of imposing_ if it is sanctioned on false accusations, or even just sanctioned for what ever false reason.. and the message was clear not only for the US but also to the EU and others..

If only our glorious past could automatically make our present glorious as well.

We must ride our own horses into the Bahr e Zulmat to achieve greatness. The achievements of our predecessors would not take us any further than they already have.

...
Your glorious past was a nightmare not only for the others but for Muslims too you pray that never comeback again your best bet is democracy but at the good hands not corrupted ones

What did Pakistan do in the past?
Militarily, Pakistan has achieved way more than turkey in the last 70-80 years, Turkey does not even come close. Bear in mind pakistan is not even a real country just a few groups of people being put under the flag of islam.

If you want to go into the groups for example. The pashtuns, turks used to work for them and with them in some cases. Anyways I do like turks but dont turn into your typical "arab" mentality and how they look down on particular groups of people.

The other part of your question - yes no one is saint in this world.

My answer was for other Turks too on this thread.

Nothing much is going to come out of joint Turkish Saudi investigation. Salman has already discussed how much it will cost to bury this quietly with Erdogan. A deal has probably been made.
Turkey who could not give a a moments thought to extra judicial killings has played its cards well, extracting a large monetary price from the Saudis who stupidly butchered Khasoggi on embassy grounds.
Its in Trumps Salamans and Erdogans interests to quietly bury this with a large concealed covert payment by Salman to Turkey

I am having a feeling "they" will going to take down KSA's Govt ………. Current King did some thing which "They" don't like so now "they" are building the case …… Using "Their" men power in and from KSA...….
I hope they have at least an infinitesimal fraction of the intelligence that King Faisal had!!!! Now that they know the "two weeks" time period, hopefully, they'll move their bottoms to do something!!!! As if the Last Shah of Iran and his entourage had less intelligence or military capability or allegiance to the USA!!!! He was brought down in "two weeks", by his own admission, through CIA ops....

*I am pinning my hope, against the hope itself, on Rahil Pasha and his ~10K Pak advisors on the basis of the heroic resistance of the 3rd Baloch and 18th Punjab across the BRB canal against the Indian divisions with a mission to implement the direct and clear order from their Chief, Gen Choudhury...
