According to constitution the date of elections should be announced in 90 days, not the elections should be held in 90 days. Same fact was taught by CEC to these SC judges. Elections will held in accordance with constitution not on the PTI interpretation of the constitution.

No evidence was provided in the court, benami accounts were legal at that time so no law was violated. Dogar was not CCPO Gujranwala, this was the CCPO who was doing QABZAs for ralative of Imran Khan.

Interpretation of the Constitution is a solely legal and judicial undertaking. This responsibility is entrusted entirely to the judiciary. What Election Commission (or Patwaris for that matter) believes doesn't matter. It's not for the Chief Election Commissioner to interpret Constitution as per his whims and fancies. ECP is just an administrative forum to conduct the election honestly, justly, fairly, accurately and most importantly, on time.
