Absolutely. One of the best dressed gents of his time. Just his shoes are style that carries him like no other. He was the antithesis of mullah and tradition. He took the best from everyhere including the west without any discrimination.

I am convinced if he had lived today he would be called a western lackey and possibly get killed by religious nutjobs.

Look at the unfortunate luck of Pakistan. Imagined by a poet philosopher, rejected by the illiterate Mullahs, created by a Barrister, taken over by corrupt politicians and illiterate Mullahs.

Ae Quaid hum sharminda hain. ( Oh Leader we are ashamed)

Agreed, Can you imagine anybody asking for reconstruction of religious thought in Islam today? They would be lynched. Yet this is exactly what Sir Allama Iqbal asked for.

I am doing better than you. I copy him as a lawyer, dress like him or try, have a dog like him, live in UK like him. I have to find a Parsee though. They are in short supply but I guess Iranian will do. When I am close to death I will nip over to Pakistan. So I beat you to it. So there !

Inshallah you will get it. And then build a law school in Pakistan of the same caliber.

Jinnah would be then most pleased as will your Lord.

Jinnah was a saint disguised as a warrior.

    I have a dog.

I'm married to an iranic speaker :)

    I'm a lawyer.

    I like cigars lol.

I'm going to Lincoln Inn... This year or 2018.

I try to copy his fashion...

I try to copy the way he spoke in court.

I practise in Karachi courts like him.

Although rangers have overtaken Jinnah courts as their HQ.

    Nope
    Nope

Your poor taste in humor may however leave you with some serious questions but since you are married. Fate took care of it.

The accusation of bad taste in humor are not justified... I request the Hon judge to reconsider.
