In Great Sindh under PPP rule:

This guy used to run a gang for stealing batteries from Cell phone towers. On his fifteenth heist, he got caught by local villagers. He gave a video statement that he was performing these illegal activities under the patronage of local SHO, Sikandar Pinhor.
