After watching this stupid drama for last 12 years, I think Pakistan need Presidential system with unitary form of government. There is no need for provinces. 35 Divisions and each Division has Divisional Administration, publicly elected districts administer and city Mayor.
Decentralization of power from Central government to Divisions, Districts and Cities.
Divisions has full power but central government has ultimate power and can overrule Division during conflict of power.

These notifications will be binned by court. Governor can't order NCV to be completed in 24 hours and then dismiss a CM.

Get yourself be prepared for abusing the courts.

Lahore HC full bunch had already given judgement in past in similar 14 hours denotification by a governor. Judgement said to allow 10 days for process to complete.

Can you give a link for that judgement?? I think this was challenged in SC who gave just two to three days in one case, even Arif Alvi gave just 24 hours to Imran Khan to take fresh vote of confidance on 5th March , 2021.
