More like Pakistan needs to have at least 100GW of installed electrical capacity instead of adding just around 1-2GW a year for a nation of 220 million people.
And, that same nation also adds around 3.5 million people to its population annually.
Where is the vision to install enough electricity for the new 3.5 million people a year?
Again, the power generation is not the problem, it is the power distribution, lines and generator equipment's maintenance, logistics and technicians' proficiency which hampering Pakistan's electrical load shedding issues.
Lack of OEM spares, corrupt management, absurd of power within the state institutions, nepotism, lack of training and little to no checks n balances.
Pakistanis have to bind together in honesty, integrity and dignity, if we wish to rise on the world stage as an economic powerhouse. There isn't any other way to achieve this.
