He actually did when JKT used his Jet and money to lure independents to join PTI.
In Punjab, PMLN is majority party but PTI formed government. Also in senate, PTI won by horse trading. Today opposition won by just 174 votes. No horse trading/ floor crossing being done by them.

BAP's 4 votes and Shahzain Bugti, you guys need to go into their history to know who they actually served and how they were brought in to support PTI coalition in 2018.
