Pakistani judge resigns after video is posted of him boogying with 'dancing girl'. By The Associated Press August 2, 2012 6:01 AM ISLAMABAD - Officials say a Pakistani judge has resigned after a video was posted on YouTube of him boogying with a so-called "dancing girl" at a party celebrating his brother's engagement. Men in Pakistan often invite dancing girls many of whom are prostitutes to perform at such all-male events before weddings, akin to U.S. bachelor parties. Videos of these parties are often posted on the Internet, but it's rare for a public official to be caught in such a scandal. Judge Mohammed Masood Bilal said Thursday the video was recorded during his brother's engagement party but declined to provide further details. A court official, Mohammed Maqsood, says Bilal was working as a judge in the central city of Khanewal before he resigned Wednesday. The video was posted July 20.
