Considering the increase in prime real estate prices, if all the unused and excess real estate owned in foreign countries is sold off, much more money than IMF loan or alms from friendly countries can be earned. Doesn't make any sense. Selling golf courses in PKR won't land them any dollars. If PKRs were needed, Pakistan can print as many PKRs as they want but unfortunately, PKR are worthless to settle foreign loans.
