Guys, he's only acting nice because he was scared and surrendered in a foreign country which Indians are brainwashed into thinking is a terrorist run state. He will be back to attack Pakistan. The only reason he kept quiet is because we have more footage of him which we won't release until necessary, similar to what the Chinese are doing.

India is only held together by delusional hyper nationalism. If China and Pakistan release their footage it will start a domino effect which will lead to great instability in India.

He kept quiet because he's an active duty airman and is not at liberty to speak to the press.

Yet Indian press and IAF promote literally hundreds of interviews with active duty personnel, including many who took part during the conflict, Maybe think and try and polish the BS you post before looking like an idiot

Of course all the forces maintain an official line of communication with the press, and people are made available to media. Amid still ongoing tensions, and given how much of press this got, it'd be unfair to expect any airforce to allow him freewheeling interviews with the press while the guy is still active duty. They are also assets, takes a lot of money to train a person to be a fighter pilot, it's best they stay busy with their job. There will be plenty of time for books and interviews later once he retires.

In all seriousness though - it's a shame such sane voices are drowned out In India.
A very sane voice indeed. Something that should be heard keenly by the Hindutvadi right-wingers from India and by some PDF Pakistanis who rail against "Aman ka tamasha".

They interviewed many crew involved, if he really did shoot down a F-16 Indian media, global media etc would be knocking down the door. Considering Bollywood make a film every time an Indian soldier manages to aim a weapon it goes to show what is really going on. Every Indian officer mouths off to the media on a weekly basis with even your ACM taking weekly press conference, please do try and feed us BS now, it's making you look even more sillier then usual.

Abhi is nowhere to be seen and has not even admitted to shooting down an enemy plane. Speaks absolute volumes
