pre-fed trajectory successfully engaged the target.

Stationary target, not a moving target, that got destroyed.

Does it have the capability for mid course correction specially if the target is moving? Plus the way the canisters are designed on the truck, they appear identical to what we have on F-22P. Even the angle at which they fire appears to be the same. @The Deterrent

Looks identical to C-602 land attack version, local modifications and designations to by pass missile export restrictions.

C-602 relies on INS/GPS guidance and switches to seeker at terminal stage. So it needs to be fed with a location or waypoints to navigate. When its in seeker detection range of target switches to own guidance.

Since it's based on a matured system, it should have very high reliability/accuracy.

Zarb has a longer, sleeker profile than the C-602. Maybe it has been modified in Pakistan.

Yes longer range would be the case.

For that we have attack submarines. Purpose of coastal missiles is to prevent a Naval blockade and keep shipping lanes open. Also in times of war Naval assets can scatter in deep sea to be harder targets and coast will still be protected.

Also second purpose is since Pakistan has now made a longer ranged anti ship missile than what is allowed by missile export control restrictions, same missiles can be fitted on PN vessels. And this will likely be the next step.

it is not wise for india to use aircraft carrier as they are located near to us and fighter jets can easily fly from their bases in land to cover our airspace.aircraft carrier are used by countries like u.s which have to carry out attacks at long distances away from land airbases

Pakistan should also prepare an air defense cover on its shores to hunt down barrages of incoming cruise missiles. After Syrian fiasco, it is much needed. The layers of anti-ship weapons being deployed gives us sense of security but anti-aircraft weapons should also be developed in bulk from 40-400 km ranges.
