I believe in a very strong and proactive UN (Could take a different shape). I don't believe in a global hegemonic power - Be it any country.

This is what I want: Russia, China, CARs, ME, Iran, Pakistan etc extensively collaborate and FORCE the WEST to come to the table - Engineer long-lasting peace treaties, cooperation between various civilizations and respect where differences show up.

For that to happen, Russia needs to think bigger than Orthodoxy, its history, global power architect and so should every other country.

Our azz fucks - Who gets to rule the world BS - Stops and discourages innovation/inventions.

Don't you think: If the US did not go to Iraq and if some Iraqis were not stupid - They would have a vibrant society with numerous inventions to their name?

And that is precisely what I want to see.
I join you in this wish.

I have saying this for some time now that the paradigm needs to shit towards the Community of Prosperity away from imperial death and destruction.

But are our wishes enough, my young brother?

We need solid framework to realise our wishes. Global power architecture has 500 yrs of momentum behind it. It is not going to change overnight and tragically not without some violence...why would the powers/power that ruled the world and shaped it to its liking will suddenly become begnign?

Please, do expand on your practical views of new paradigm implementation through a comprehensive framework. CPEC is one building block of this framework, just to give you a head start.

Over to you. I know you will come up with something original.

Thanks!

They are. In civilization, culture, language, religion, ethnically. In every measure you choose to use. In fact Russians (ethnic Russians who are the dominant people of Russia) are closer to Germans, English, Swedes then to Greeks, Italians or Portugese.

They are only divided from the West by politics like Geremany also was until 1945 when she was defeated and joined the Western camp. Same will happen with Russia. The problem is Russia does not want to play second fiddle to anybody - if it agreed to accept it's place in the pecking order in Western system Moscow would be as central to West as Berlin is.

And Russia will eventually. As China rises the West will be offered to give Russia a sweat deal as prize to contain China. Can you imagine NATO troops parked on Chinese border in Russian Siberia?

Where is this? London, Berlin, Paris, Oslo, Washington, Dublin, Warsaw, Brussels, Copenhagen, Vienna?

Where is this? 20 miles from China. 20 Miles from North Korea but could be small town in Norway or Poland.

Russia is close to Germany than any other European state. World War 2 is a blot on otherwise close friendship and rivalry with Germany. Look for them to form an alliance in the 21st century

@Kaptaan very well put, my young brother.

If you dig deeper then you will see that Peter the Great tried so hard to make Russia european. St. Petersberg was designed and built by the Italians...Dutch were there for ship building and canal works just like Amsterdam.

This sense of desparate acceptance by Europe has never gone away from the deep Rus psyche. Hence, my contention that Rus will dump the East at the first call from the West. Europe has always seen the Rus as Cosack and not european...

But then it is their affair. What is relevant to Sino-Pak equation is how they work together and break through containment strategies of the opposing forces.

Example: By buying weapons from everyone..india has tried and to some degree succeeded in isolating Pak from the international market. india has been over the decades also been containing Pak economically. As you once wrote even your famous rice is sold as indian...same goes for your rivers..

By accepting ground realities and then moving from there is the best start. What we see emerging is an open cold war between China & US and the US proxies such as JP, india, EU, Australia and so on...

But throughout history no rising power has been given a free pass...and there is always rites of passage.

China has so far navigated rather skillfully.

The fundamental issue is Dollar's future and recycling of petrodollars...should they become petro-remnbi then the world changes overnight. China has already laid the groudwork for this. Oct 1st is RMBs entery into IMF SDR basket. China has already issued SDR bonds last week or so...Shanghai has opened oil futures to be traded/priced in RMB. Also for Gold and Silver. These are fundamental steps.

So, yes, we shall see enormous pressure on China and also for your great country as well.

CPEC is far more than an infrastructure.... Just like the US, China has become a two ocean power. This is path breaking fact.

You will see much more troubles in your Baloch province, in your Karachi and your Sindh. Also, tragically, more terrorism will be unleashed upon Pak peoples. But somehow, your public seems to sense this and there is emerging awareness of this.

indian modi just delivered his opening shot about SCS in Vietnaam..just as Obama delivered his on CNN. Rather chorigraphed script. But this is Grand Geopolitics opening up in Asia. All ambuguity has gone now. Which is rather good thing in the long run.

The key is to watch whether the Feds and ECB will raise interest rates or not.

My sense is that the troublemakers will try to muddy the waters in G20.

So, put it all together.

1- Russia is just using EEU, SCO as bargaining chips for its entery into the West

2- Sino-Pak equation is all on its own. Sorry to say your socalled brothers form ME are rather useless as they are beholden to the opposing forces. When they start selling their oil in RMB then your country will be their security provider with full Chinese backing.

3- Whether the economic order can peacefully shit east or whether there be troubles is not yet clear. I fear troubles sadly.

4- There will be more troubles coming Pak's way from the south asian hegemon...which essentially is an expansionist empire rooted in rSS idealogoy.

5- CPEC will be finished and Kashmir will burn and burry her youngs for some years...but it will be FREE!

6- When China has sorted out the mess in the Chinese Seas...China will librate South Tibet from indian occupation along with other occupied north eastern territories. And no, idian nuclear weapons will not intimidate China in this.

Over to you for anti-thesis, young brother!
China cannot displace the dollar by being a mercantilest power

China cannot sort the mess in South China Sea challenging the US Navy

China ability to take South Tibet is zero. It will be a nuclear war with no winners

The Pakistani army cannot guard the Durrand line. It beats me how they are going to protect Middle Eastern countries. It would take a massive transformation of their military to even attempt it

To get to that point - Community of Prosperity - You need projects like CPEC, Eurasian integration, Highly competitive university campuses spread around few countries, arts, cultural exchange etc -

Deep integration will FORCE west to come to peace.

Otherwise - It will be pump one country against another. Destroy when the time comes and so on.

Russia has to choose which option they gonna go with!

I do not think that Russia will want to join the West. Those who have power in the West are anti-Christian and anti-religion including anti-Islam. Not only this they are corrupting the traditions and morals of the West and have been quite successful in this. Also they are arrogant and have committed manifest oppression.

Russia whilst European at heart and there is nothing wrong with that, is Christian and is drawing closer to her traditional roots. She would have to accept all the crap of homosexual rights etc before she is admitted to the West. And IMHO she will not do this. She will never accept the arrogance that those who have power in the West have for the rest of Mankind because it is against her values.

Just pray that Putin cleanses out the fifth column.

One will not find this type of Man in the Modern West.

100% true. In fact St. Petersburg (window to the West) rivals as the city with the greatest Western modern Renaissance architecture in the world - possibly ahead of the pseudo Rome - Washington DC.

The Russians are closely related to Nordic peoples (many have Viking blood) and have always lived with the problem that they occupied European fringe - or the wild frontiers and were looked down. As you state St.Petersburg was built to celebrate that Russia was great power and Western. The architecture was appropriately designed to show their yearning.

And as you state in time when time is right they will join the West.
Just because her blood is Viking and her architecture is Western does not mean Russia will abandon her values. She is more European than many Western European countries in traditions but not part of the Modern West. Of course there is a Western backed fifth columnists who have quite some sway that need to be dealt with.

But Peter was never a very religious man. He did not like the Orthodox Church's role in the State. And being European is different to Western. Russia holds closer to European traditions than many Western European countries nowadays.

I always look forward to your words. I learn much.
No, Peter was man of the new age and wanted to bring enlightement to Rus which he did. He laid the foundations on which the USSR could emerge as a Super Power.

Somehow, just like your Jinnah did for your state.

My contention remains that the at this stage Rus is just using eurasian and Chinese card to gain benefit and acceptance from the West.

The West is already working on this the grand architect of the American Empire, who also visited your country has come out and stated his case. Rather clever tactic of divide and rule...but the process of carrots for Rus has started...if you have time please do read the

Russians are Nordic genetically...off spring from Sweden. The fact they also recognise...mostly the Russian nobility. The peasant/working classes where eurasian and siberian natives..intermixing developed the distinct Rus aptitudes and traits. No to mention the weather.

There is nothing wrong with Russia joining the West as long as there is no more battle for domination of the entire eurasian landmass. That is where the significance of your great country comes in.

Take for example the Sino-Pak relationship. No ethnic or cultural affinity when it started...all through the decades this relationship has become something unique in international affairs.

No country or its population has such great admiration or goodwill towards China as yours. China becoming a two ocean power thanks to Sino-Pak deep friendship...and on and on...

Why?

In your answer lies the future of independent Asia. I just know you will crack this code!

Dear indian,

Firstly, you are free to form your views.

For the rest there is nothing constructive in attempt. If you have nothing valuable to say then kindly say nothing.

Why spoil a constructive discourse where you are not even invited. Please, refrain from such behaviour.

I have nothing further to say to you.

You may leave now.

Thank you.

Yes, Rus has a fundamental choice to make. Regardless, of their choice the Sino-Pak axis must work towards finish their strategic project. Those who join are friends and those who dont its their choice.

Sino-Pak must working together in their joint arena for peace and mutual development. OBOR envision the Community of Prosperity. Euarasian integeration is the key here. CPEC is the key building block of this enterprise.

Wish your Pak a great and peaceful future.

Definitely Sino-Pak axis must work towards their common goal and whosoever joins (and I pray Russia does join) will benefit and if they do not: their loss.

Do not get me wrong, if Russia God forbids caves in and joins the Modern West, I will still want to see Sino-Pak relations still grow. Sino-Pak is independent of of Russia.

Israel has little role in play in Syria and Libya
She has immense role behind the scenes.

I do not think that Russia
Go have chat with our Ottoman/Turkish brothers here or maybe even the Chechens what they think of Russians. Hello. Grozny? Or maybe find out what Russian forces to do Islamists in Tajikistan or Uzbekistan.

Nothing wrong with Machiavellian friendships to extract strategic benefits but please don't get carried away inhaling religious fumes ....

Many Chechens are happy with Russia even after the conflict.

Remember those Chechens took aid from the enemies of Russia and what did you expect Russia to do? If Grozny became indendent it would not be long before she became a partner of NATO and played host to NATO bases (with missiles pointing towards Moscow).

Ottoman Turkey behaved unjustly towards Russia. She was aggressive towards her. She used the Tatars to raid and attack Russia. What do you expect in return?

(Of course it was not a one sided affair)

Listen to this man. There is no innate hatred. The same cannot be said of other nations.

Read this @ http://thesaker.is/russia-and-islam-part-four-islam-as-a-threat/

I would advise to read all the parts. Makes for very informative reading.

Explain how Israel can cause the Syrian civil war
Assad's rule, lack of democracy, Alawite-Sunni divide, meddling by Turkey/Saudi/GCC states should be ahead of the list
Israel has a cold peace with Syria and Assad family for 40 years. They have nothing to gain by rocking the boat.
