March 2021 unless given extension.
He will be remembered as a very modest and hard worker, and also presided over Feb 27th. We are lucky to have had him

Just compare his attitude, demenour and language to IAF ACM. Different league

there is a maturing alliance between Pakistan, Turkey, Iran and now Qatar under the umbrella of China and Russia. ksA/uae would be wise not to oppose it but rather join in. mbs led "grand military alliance" is about as effective as a broken door knob.
broken door knob is very frustrating
specially when someone is in charge who has journalists dismembered and videod

OK, 100% certain we flew Mirage 2000s and still do to this day, but lets move on.
No sir they don't allow it. I know those who asked for it and they were refused. My father is an instructor pilot to this day in one of the Middle Eastern air forces and he confirms that.

It sounds like quite a few on this forum had lived in Doha (incl. myself).
Nope - this is about a very different city.

But Doha is going to get pretty busy due to elimination of overflight restrictions for Qatar airways over KSA.

I also have a particular fondness for the Qatar livery C-17 - if anything, the PAF should have tried to get some agreement to use its ample volume and space for airlift agreements instead of frequently relying on Volga.

Even people living in Qatar avoid Doha now a days, as 70% of doha is dug up and immense Construction activities ongoing to upgrade Infrastructure for FIFA 2022. Plus Visit Visas are suspended. No outside visitors for now unless If someone is a VIP, diplomat or a celebrity.

Was it in 90's or early 2000's ?

How is my old town btw? Had the fun experience of hearing that u mistake-able accent and the Nooooooooooooo on a flight today... that and Iron-bru.
As the locals would say, ''oh Aye The Noo Jimmy''.
Frankly we were seriously considering moving there, viewed a couple of properties as well but sadly it's the worst case scenario as for as Scotland is concerned, complete lockdown. Even my favourite eatery, Lahore Karai in Albert Street has shut doors. However on the bright side, possibly to cater for the Desi community, Irn Bru has launched a new variety . :enjoy:

It was hectic in 2019 even at 2.00am when we landed in Doha but for the amount of time the aircraft was Taxying in and out of the terminal, i thought we were getting to the destination by road.

1992-1996 and 2001-2004.

The Qatari MoD hired my father as a consultant, primarily to support radar and air defence acquisitions. My old man retired in 2012, but he definitely rates his time in Qatar highly, second only to Pakistan circa-1960s-1980s.
