Is Pakistan no longer eligible to acquire surplus US gear that was used in Afghanistan and Iraq?
Wish we were to be honest. The US DOJ did donate a number of counter IED equipment to Pakistan via the ATAP: Anti Terrorism Assistance Program between 2004-2014. The rest have been purchased and have gone through natural wastage/wear/tear and abuse.

I've got a bomb detecting wand that actually works. 😅

Who should I get in touch with?
If you are serious you should collaborate with NUST or NIT. I can put you in touch with one of the people in ANF - but the process to get registered as a vendor/indentor is long and laborious and can be frustrating at times.

How many of those robots do we currently have across Pakistan?

if that info isn't confidential..
KPK had 4 - only 1 is operational as the battery packs are prone to damage. Army ones I cannot disclose - but they have sufficient - Sindh Police have 1, Islamabad Police have 2, Punjab Police particularly Lahore have 1.
