Its Indian backed Terror elements who are acting to distort the image of Pakistan.
Kabul needs to understand, choices it has is limited.
Good relation with in Afghan groups and with regional countries is must.

Early every stake holder understands it, better it would be for peace and stability of region.

India and NDS should stop such activities now else they will face a hard time.

Someone doesn't want the NATO equipment to leave Afghanistan.

Apparently India offered to buy it all but Pakistan got in the way (no transit through Pakistan if sold to India). And agreement with Afghan Taliban is that all NATO equipment must leave the country so that it does not get in hands of ISIS etc.

May be it is due to disagreement between US and Pakistan about these defense equipments as Pakistan was expecting or hopping these given to Pakistan when US soldiers are pulling back.

It depends if equipments are from NATO european countries, as they are not that rich to give them free to either Afghanistan or Pakistan. But if those are US equipments than they do not have much usage left as those would have much wore and tore of rough Afghan terrain. May be Pakistan was hoping to get them free but US government is not generous enough...
