Happy to see this finally happening!

Educated overseas Pakistanis can contribute towards making more sane choices of candidates.
Whereas a lot many inside the country will continue to sell votes for biryani, qeema naan and bicycles. Democracy is a model which only works in educated countries. In bhuki nangi nations corruption always supersedes. Luckily things are changing for the better. Imran Khan being an honest person has sort of high jacked the system and is forcing it to improve. The system itself can not produce an Imran Khan, or can not ensure Imran Khan stays in power. But once right people are in power they can make the system work. Democracy is not as good as the west wants us to believe. If China was a true democracy it would have been no better than India, so is the case of Russia.

As Iqbal said:
Democracy is a certain form of government in which
Men are counted but not weighed.

This voting for all has done the most damage to pakistan and many other nations. IMO people should be given voting rights based on education. Law should be introduce that the people who have completed inter and its equivalent A levels etc only they should be allowed to vote.

PTI have been installed for almost 3 years. Every department of state is failing. It wasn't before. It's not voting, it's not NS or ppp, why is PTI failing.
Why can't they actually do anything except make excuses.
Why is inflation the highest in the region. From 2018 all parameters, agreements etc where the same, why is there a systemic failure.
Posting a pic of an idiot eating a chicken drumstick with curried rice doesn't explain your failure, or lack of sperm count.

Why was the deficit 18 billion in 2018? Why did our textile industry decline in 10 years of ppp/pmln duo? Why was Mifta willing to give pia for free to buyers of steel mill?
You can only fool people on your pmln whattsapp group

I don't think you know reality. State enterprises are actually a burden unless they have strategic value.
Pia has none. The steel mill is a loss making organisation.
Your aviation monster, single handedly destroyed the Pak aviation industry. Chaprasi destroyed the railway along with convict Swati.
And your addicted pm the country.
PTI is fooling no one with bogus figures and propaGUNDA. If all heavy industry and textile is thriving why the massive unemployment. Why the increased poverty why the load shedding.
Why is the pleb pm sticking to power if he has no answers.
The day of Reckoning is coming.
Knowing the people of Pakistan hate you lot you are pretending that overseas Pakistanis will let you carry on

No. There will be internet voting for overseas Pakistanis

Overseas Pakistanis will vote through online voting. They only need their national id card / nicop cards for voting. Only thing tricky here is how constituencies are assigned for overseas Pakistanis.
If it's that simple than it could be done for people living in Pakistan as well, why not give them option to vote from home as well?

ECP should formulate the system, they are being paid for it.
There is not the only job to arrange election after 5 years and some in between. They have to work out the system.

If all heavy industry and textile is thriving why the massive unemployment.
Textile growth has resulted in job creation infact many looms have shortage of labour in Karachi and Faisalabad
Why the increased poverty
The pandemic gutted economies from US to India ofcourse it had an initial impact but with recovery in last months of the outgoing financial years we are looking forward to a future of sustainable growth
Why is the pleb pm sticking to power if he has no answers.
He will stick to power till 2028 and that is exactly why we voted for him
The day of Reckoning is coming.
It already came for baboon league but alas due to plants of Ch Iftikhar he was allowed to run away to London
Knowing the people of Pakistan hate you lot
Lol you keep telling yourself that
You didnt learn the lesson after GB elections you will learn it the hard way when OSP also contribute in key Punjab seats
Pia has none. The steel mill is a loss making organisation.
PIA is a state asset it PPP filled it with incompetent political appointments and PMLN compromised it just to make Air Blue more successful as for steel mill the biggest crime was that baboon sharif was willing to sell it to characters like Sachin Jindal
And your addicted pm the country.
He is the addict while the people crying on hospital beds belong to the butt family of jati umra

NA passes Election Act Amendment Bill, grants voting right to overseas Pakistanis
Web Desk On Jun 10, 2021 Last updated Jun 10, 2021

ISLAMABAD: The National Assembly (NA) has passed the Election Act Amendment Bill, 2020 containing dozens of amended clauses for bringing electoral reforms including the voting right for overseas Pakistanis, ARY News reported on Thursday.

The Lower House has passed the amended Election Act, 2017 that was presented by Adviser to the Prime Minister on Parliamentary Affairs Dr Babar Awan.
The Election Act Amendment Bill, 2020 contains dozens of amended clauses aiming to bring electoral reforms regarding the voting right for overseas Pakistanis, the open ballot for Senate polls, use of electronic voting machines (EVMs) and other sections to ensure transparent and fair elections.

The bill had earlier sailed through the NA Standing Committee on Parliament Affairs chaired by Mujahid Ali, however, the opposition members gave their dissenting notes by calling it legislation in haste.
In a Twitter message, Dr Babar Awan has congratulated the overseas national for getting the right of voting after 73 years as the amended election bill has been passed by the National Assembly (NA) today.
He criticised that the opposition lawmakers have boycotted the voting for the amended electoral bill. Dr Awan added that the bill will be presented to the Senate to grant voting right for overseas Pakistanis.

Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari blamed the federal government for seizing the opposition’s right to carry out debate on the legislation. He alleged that the election ‘rigging’ bill was forcedly passed from the lower house besides passing many other bills as well.
During the session, the opposition lawmakers walked out of the house and accused the chair of not appropriately running the National Assembly session. Qadir Patel announced to boycott the NA session and bringing a no-confidence motion against the chair of the house.
The National Assembly also passed Mutual Legal Assistance (Criminal Matters) Amendment Bill, 2021, Federal Medical Teaching Institute Bill, 2020, Regulation of Generation, Transmission and Distribution of Electric Power (Amendment) Bill, 2021, Port Qasim Authority Act Amendment bill, 2021, the Financial Institutions (Secured Transactions) Amendment Bill.

Majority of overseas Pakistanis are PTI supporters :chilli::bounce::victory:
