Musharraf’s properties in Islamabad, Chak Shahzad confiscated

Authorities on Wednesday confiscated former president Pervez Musharraf’s properties in Islamabad and Chak Shahzad on orders of the court.

The court had, in its verdict, stated that the former president was an absconder in the high treason case and he no longer reserved the right to sell his properties.

The verdict had been announced after the court declared Musharraf absconder over his continuous absence from hearings.

Musharraf’s confiscated properties include a farmhouse in Chak Shahzad and a residential plot in DHA, Islamabad.

In a report submitted to a special court, the administration stated that both the properties owned by Musharraf had been confiscated.

The hearing was held by Sessions Judge East Islamabad Sohail Ikram on the orders of the special court.

It may be mentioned here that Pervez Musharraf is abroad for treatment of backbone pain.

A large amount of people hated him. The army was seen as unfavourable back then. The only reason people have a soft spot for him is because of the development he brought.

He was a traitor. Because of his dictatorial leadership, Pakistan was bombed by the US with 424 drone strikes (2004-2016), $100 billion loss was caused to the economy, around 40,000 Muslim Pakistanis were Martyred because he made Pakistan America's Frontline Jackass for US Wars, he gave up Indian Occupied Muslim Kashmir by signing a Unilateral Ceasefire (2003), he used Commandos to massacre children in Lal Masjid to intimidate the populace, an independent Islamic Emirates of Waziristan was briefly formed (2005), billions of dollars of aid money vanished which was destined for Kashmir Earthquake, he sold Muslim men and women to the Americans and bragged about it in his book, Pakistan Army, ISI HQ, Air Force and Naval bases were attacked due to the civil war within the military resulting in destruction of strategic aircrafts and many other evils he was involved in.

Now he wishes to lead the party of traitors (MQM).

    Please prove the highlighted parts
You're right, Musharraf should've confronted the USA, and let them openly bomb the crap out of Pakistan and bring it down to its knees, financially. At least this way the jamhoori and extreme goons would've been satisfied in their graves.

@Zibago He believes everything that he gets on whatsapp

The only sin for which i want to see him punished is NRO and that's what happening right now. If he hadn't signed the NRO deal, by switching off his patriotism, with the corrupt politicians of this country this won't be happening so what you sow so shall you reap :)

Apart from NRO Musharraf wasn't too bad. He gained my respect when he sent SSG to take down terrorists in Lal Masjid.

Whats the point really? first they let him go and now they are seizing his properties. Well its like they are trying to make them happy. Its a Cheap shot.
As far as Musharraf policies are concerned well he did what he could have done to save us from embargo, he didn't force us into war the war was next door. the border weren't seal and yes we lost many loved ones but you cant blame him alone . Red Mosque wasn't a bad decision but a right one. we cant let these goons.

On one hand people blame muaharaf for giving NRO to these politicians and on the other hand they themselves go out and vote for those politicians.

    Why this hypocrisy ?

Do you really think all these politicals would have made a comeback if people didn't vote?

Benazir died, everyone gave votes to PPP out of sympathy. EPIC FACEPALM HERE

who the hell decides future and that too of a nation, on sympathy?

This nation especially voters are on periods since day one -_-
