I dont buy this assertion that GHQ is evil, rather politicians are far more harmful. army does a lot of good as well in times of crisis and natural disasters. Just their meddling in politics is harmful for the country.

Perhaps if army let civilian institution to flourish, we wouldn't need the army for natural disasters in the same capacity.

Considering Bajwa said there are rogue officers abound in the Army as the COAS doesnt have a strong chain of command, it probably will happen sooner or later.

ECP has been made a Qurbani ka Bakra, the PDM, PMLN Cabal doesn't have the support base from Establishment overall to stood behind the decision.

Only a few Generals, the ISI head honcho, dirty harry, to X, Y supporting the Sharif Cabal, the rest of the Establishment seems to be saying ' enough of it, the time given to you PDM'.

And the US changing the stance at the public support for IK and against regime change, US can ill afford a 220 million pop. country going against them with negative sentiments, given wrong stats by Bajwa and Co.

But the PDM have this delusions of grandeur(ignorants are arrogant) and that all Estab./Army is against PTI and IK which cannot be true and they are the chosen one, this overconfidence is letting them do one blunder after another.

This ECP decision will have big repercussions and will backfire.

I agree their meddling in civilian institution is an absolute travesty.

But civilian government's meddling in state institution has been far more detrimental for the country historically, i.e. appointing people based on kinship rather than merit or expertise has done far more damage then the military intervention.
