ISSB tests are scientific way of evaluating young people's leadership qualities. As there is always room for improvement, we can expect different additions in ISSB tests as well. What I feel is that on the last and final day of the tests candidates should be given a sheet to write down their remarks about how they find the evaluation system at ISSB, how is the center, residence, canteen etc. etc. These remarks should become part of evaluation of the candidate itself and a good feed back for the center along the course. After these initial thoughts, we see the topic in more detail. Every year thousands of students appear before the ISSB. Many are of course on this forum as well. During the last two decades lots of technological developments have happened. New techniques of war have also been introduced. Do you think that current ISSB tests are up to the mark of modern day world, or it needs some change and upgradation?
