Basically the #1 question everyone has right now is whether Israel is going to do a ground operation or not

I put it at 30% No, 70% Yes
There is 0% chance of ground operations... There is approx 80-100k forces inside Gaza armed with everything neccessary from Kornets and everything else that is essential. Plus it is build like labyrinth due to it being an urban city.. Going in there is one way ticket to death.. Hamas could deplete the entire Israeli army due to favourable terrain and being in defensive

Thank you all, I'm not aware of any Hamas statement but have seen one from another faction. I notice Israeli attacks getting a lot more aggressive. Palestinian factions will have more trouble moving weapons around and replacing launchers but I would not assume their ability to fire is degraded that heavily, yet.
Israeli attacks are getting more aggressive but I think Hamas will level the field by Eid. Whether that results in Eid ceasefire or some dramatic retaliation from IDF is a big question mark right now. I think the strikes on Hamas are being exaggerated and overblown, Hamas themselves knows better than to concentrate all their stuff in a few areas. It is all over Gaza.

The chances of success is 0% but there is decent chance that they will be stupid enough to try it.

Why are their no American sanctions on Turkey. Is it because of the Turk superpower!!

since 2013 , The US attacked Turkish Economy and 1 USD has risen to 8.3 TL from 1,8 TL .. Turkish economy lost over $500 billion

since 2013 , The US doesnt give even pistol to Turkey and blocked transfer of F-35s to Turkey

since 2013 there are economic-arms embargo on Turkey by the US

even I am not talking about to fight against American proxies FETO , PKK/YPG , HAFTAR , etc inside and in İraq,Syria,Libya

other muslim Countries even can not dare criticize The US and İsrael

and İran is working with The US in İraq against Turkey
We never forget that The US gave İraq to İran ...and Russia gave Syria to İran

topic is over with persians who killed more muslims than İsrael

You can never discount the ability for your opponent to make a strategic mistake. Prepare for everything.

Reconciliation agreement

Turkish ambassador to Israel Kemal Ökem presents his Letter of credence to the president of Israel Reuven Rivlin on 12 December 2016

A reconciliation agreement was announced on 27 June 2016 to end the six-year rift in the relation between both countries.
  • The Turkish Parliament will pass a law canceling all appeals against Israeli soldiers involved in the killing of nine Turkish citizens during the Gaza flotilla raid and will also block any future claims.
  • Commitment to stop terrorist or military activity against Israel on Turkish soil including funding and aid to such activities from Turkey. Palestinian movement Hamas will be allowed to operate on Turkish soil but only as a political movement.
  • Turkey will accept to send all aid to the Gaza Strip through Israel and then from Israel to Gaza on land.
  • Israel will allow Turkey to advance humanitarian projects in the Gaza Strip, such as building an hospital, power station and a desalination station, all subjected to Israeli security considerations
  • Israel will give $20 million as compensation for the families of those who died and were injured in the raid. The money will be transferred through a humanitarian fund in Turkey. An Israel official said the money will be transferred only after the Turkish parliament will pass the law renouncing all appealings against Israeli soldiers involved in the incident.
  • The two countries will start a process of renormalizing their relations, reappointing ambassadors to Ankara and Tel Aviv and ending all sanctions between the two.[12]

The agreement was approved by the Israeli security cabinet by a vote of 7–3 on 29 June.[96]

The agreement was then approved by the Turkish parliament on 20 August 2016.[97] Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan then signed the agreement on 31 August.[98]

On 7 October, Turkey named foreign policy expert Kemal Okem as ambassador to Israel.[99] Israel's decision to name an ambassador was later postponed.[100]

On 15 November, Israel named Eitan Na'eh as ambassador to Turkey.[101] In a reciprocal move, Erdogan confirmed on 16 November the nomination of Kemal Okem as Turkish ambassador to Israel.[102] Na'eh arrived in Ankara on 31 November.[103] Turkey also agreed to drop charges against four Israeli soldiers on 8 December.[104] On 12 December, Okem arrived in Jerusalem.[105]

You have no idea what you are talking about, if Hamas fires 100 rockets, it cost Hamas $50,000 to fire them and it costs Israel $8,000,000 to intercept them.

Avg Hamas rocket cost = $500
1x Tamir interceptor cost = $40,000

At least 2 Tamirs are fired from Iron Dome to intercept 1 Hamas rocket. If Hamas fires 100 rockets, Israel fires 200 Tamir to intercept them.

Here is breakdown:

100 rockets * $500 = Total cost for Hamas is $50,000 to fire 100 rockets
2x Tamir * $40,000 *100 rockets = Total cost for Israel is $8,000,000 to intercept 100 rockets

Israel has to spend $160 for every $1 Hamas spends
and you have no idea sir that this loss can be covered with few clicks from federal reserves . you did not understand that paper and electronic money create from thin air in FR USA .

48 Martyred in Gaza as Israel air strikes intensify

Relentless rocket fire and rioting in mixed Jewish-Arab towns fuelled growing fears on Wednesday that violence between Israel and Palestinians that has claimed 55 lives could spiral into “full-scale war”.

Israel has launched hundreds of air strikes on Hamas and other Islamist groups in the crowded coastal enclave of Gaza, while Palestinian militants have launched more than 1,000 rockets since Monday, said Israel's army.

The most intense hostilities in seven years have killed at least 48 people in Gaza, including 14 children, two Palestinians in the West Bank, and five Israelis, triggered by weekend unrest at Jerusalem's Al-Aqsa mosque compound, which is sacred to both Muslims and Jews.

One multi-story residential building in Gaza collapsed and another was heavily damaged after they were repeatedly hit by Israeli air strikes.

Israel said its jets had targeted and killed several Hamas intelligence leaders early on Wednesday. Other strikes targeted what the military said were rocket launch sites, Hamas offices and the homes of Hamas leaders.

It was the heaviest offensive between Israel and Hamas since a 2014 war in Gaza, and prompted international concern that the situation could spiral out of control.

UN Middle East peace envoy Tor Wennesland tweeted: "Stop the fire immediately. We're escalating towards a full-scale war. Leaders on all sides have to take the responsibility of de-escalation.

"The cost of war in Gaza is devastating and is being paid by ordinary people. UN is working with all sides to restore calm. Stop the violence now," he wrote.

Gazans homes shook and the sky lit up from Israeli attacks, outgoing rockets and Israeli air defence missiles intercepting them. At least 30 explosions were heard within a matter of minutes just after dawn on Wednesday.

Israelis ran for shelters or flattened themselves on pavements in communities more than 70 kilometres up the coast and into southern Israel amid sounds of explosions as interceptor missiles streaked into the sky.

Hamas's armed wing said it fired 210 rockets towards Beersheba and Tel Aviv in response to the bombing of the tower buildings in Gaza City. Israel's military says that around a third of the rockets have fallen short, landing within Gaza.

These attacks escalated in recent days ahead of a — now postponed — court hearing in a case that could end with Palestinian families evicted from East Jerusalem homes claimed by Jewish settlers.

Violence also flared in the occupied West Bank, where Israeli troops shot dead two Palestinians in separate clashes, near Nablus and near Hebron, the Palestinian health ministry said.
