Negotiation done by the government, Hezbollah just plays the role of leverage ... isreal already wanted to postpone the talks to post election which due to Hezbollah pressure was forced to comply anyway ... Hezbollah acting as serving Lebanon national interests, without its drones and threats no talk would have started in the first place and isreal would have started its production let alone to bother itself to talk but now even Udi Adiri has resigned ...
The reason of the rejection is Bibi and election ... but it could play as two edge of knives for them.
What Hezbollah done is just for the sake of Lebanon economy and interests so again these 2 are important for Lebanon not stupid childish request of starting a war but if isreali doen't respect Lebanon's right then things would get messy.
On Hezbollah and Syria, it was Hezbollah that defended Lebanon against isis even freed Lebanon Army hostages by isis .

Israel stole the most valuable gas field ($200 billion worth!!)). The real line is 29. Hezbollah said they would protect this line. They have the weapons to do so, why don't they?

The Qana gas field is estimated to be worth only $3 billion. It will do nothing for Lebanese economy. Lebanon needs a chunk of the Karish field and the areas near line 29. Hezbollah is doing literally nothing besides dirty work of Iranians in the region. Trying to establish Persian Empire.

Report: Ministers told gas field at heart of Lebanon dispute may be ‘completely dry’​

The director of Israel’s Energy Ministry reportedly told ministers at Thursday’s security cabinet meeting that estimates on how much natural gas could be extracted from a reservoir at the center of a maritime dispute between Israel and Lebanon were far less than initially thought.

Lior Shilat said that the estimate of his office and the TotalEnergies oil firm — which holds the franchise for gas exploration at the disputed Qana reservoir — is that the potential profit from the area in question is just three billion dollars, the Walla news site reported, citing four officials present at the cabinet meeting when the remarks were made.

“It is also possible that [Qana] is completely dry,” Shilat told the ministers, according to Channel 13.

Line 29 is Lebanon's claim in 2020, Line 23 is Lebanon's claim in 2010. Conveniently they claimed more land than they claimed in 2010.
