Ishaq Dar not to be arrested upon return

The Accountability Court (AC) on Friday suspended the permanent arrest warrants of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader and former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar and ordered not to arrest him when the politician comes to Pakistan.

The Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Bashir heard the petition against the permanent arrest warrants of former finance minister Ishaq Dar today (Friday), in which Dar’s lawyer Qazi Misbah appeared in the court and presented the arguments.

The judge asked whether Ishaq Dar was ill or there was some other problem.

The lawyer informed the court about the reasons for issuing the arrest warrants of the PML-N leader and requested to cancel it.

The lawyer further assured that Ishaq Dar will appear before the court straight after landing at the airport.

Furthermore, Judge Muhammad Bashir inquired the reason for the prosecutor Afzal Qureshi’s absence from court’s hearing. On which the NAB prosecutor told the court that he has gone to perform Umrah.

Later, after a short break, the court while giving Dar an opportunity to surrender, directed that the PML-N leader should not be arrested upon his return to Pakistan and suspended Ishaq Dar’s permanent arrest warrants.

Imran Riaz have told this incident before too that during a meeting with journalists Bajwa said He was told by Miftah that PMLN shouldn't get the next government as Ishaq dar have completely destroyed the economy.

Not only this but there's another incident where Joint chief General Zubair Mehmood Hayat said the same thing to PM Imran Khan that how you gonna handle economy in such bad situation. This was also reported by Imran Riaz as PM Imran later told about this to journalists

ISHAQ DAR TO COME BACK AS FINANCE MINISTER: SOURCES​

ISLAMABAD: The ruling coalition has decided to hand over the finance ministry to Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Ishaq Dar after he returns to the country, ARY News reported on Saturday, citing sources.
According to sources, the ruling coalition has decided to give tough time to opposition as the government starts taking measures to end the current political uncertainty.
Sources told ARY News that PPP co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari, PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif, and PDM Chief Fazlur Rehman were in contact to end the political crisis in the country.


It has been decided to hand over the finance ministry to PML-N leader Ishaq Dar, sources claimed, adding that the ruling coalition was considering taking more tough political decisions.
Sources added that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will take other allied parties into confidence on his return to Pakistan.
It is pertinent to mention here that the prime minister has reached London where he will meet PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif and discuss the country’s political situation.
A day earlier, an accountability court suspended former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar’s chronic arrest warrants until October 7, saying the court would scrap the arrest warrants when the accused presents himself before the court.
The court suspended his arrest warrants on his lawyer Qazi Misbah’s guarantee that Dar would come straight to the court after landing at the airport.
Earlier in 2017, an accountability court declared former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar a proclaimed offender in a corruption reference filed against him by National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
NAB reference states that the accused had acquired assets and pecuniary interests/resources in his name or the name of his dependents for an approximate amount of Rs831.678 million.

Its not the American threats because American thread will be responsibility of the PM to handle the consequences not Bajwa's. He just made it an excuse, reports were that he made up his mind to remove IK in june of year before....That is the time when Mariam was making threats that she hold videos of some important person...Bajwa was the important person and video was gay sex video...I believe U.S. hold videos of many Pak Army general when they go for "so called" free training in the US as part of some agreement.

Punishment comes when a nation veers off a straight path and into the bushes with thorns, you end up getting cuts that take time to heal, or you get bitten and die of poison.
