I don't think the Army itself should be criticized; only the decision makers should be criticized for the bad......this includes the Army Chief, the Corp Commanders, various DG's and ISI Chief. All others are merely obeying orders, which they have to do without question or hesitation.

To be honest its a human nature. Let me give you some harsh examples:
1) Hindus say that everything bad happened to them were due to muslim rulers of India(but what hindus got in last 70 years).
2) Pakistanis think Army is responsible for every of their misery.
3) Previously Iraqis were thinking that Saddam was the reason behind their miseries.
4) Syrians think Asad is THE GUY.

so on so forth.

The truth is: Army doesn't say to electric company employees to take bribe. Army doesn't force police guys to take bribes. Army doesn't force PSQCA guys to take bribes and don't perform their duties(and people die due to their fun-loving-lives). In fact Army doesn't hinders anyone from doing good for his/her society. Some good examples of good people from Pakistan, who were successful in doing something very very fruitful for society(because they wanted it)

Answer depends on which benches you sit in parliament.
Imran Khan used to be biggest critique of army, for most part of his political carrier.

It has just become a taboo in our country to talk about anything related to criticising the army brass or their actions. Obviously so because Pakistan has been under military rule for the most part of its existence. So now people are scared to.

Criticising the army threatens the national security of our country is the biggest lie ever told our naive nation. Sadly most believe it and live by it. If you don’t criticise, your never able to look at the other angle, hence improve. Only Allah is perfect.

Or... they can resign if they feel the orders are against the interests of the State of Pakistan and/or their personal moral compass. No harm hoping!

is it justifiable to criticize Pakistan Army?

Yes and No. Individuals in the Army need to be criticized. Musharaf was the biggest c___ ever produced by the army and forced upon this country and yes it is totally justified to criticize him and his ations. Kargil operation started by the c___ Musharaf, what was his objective, what were the goals? We lost so much out of that misadventure, human causalities + international embarrassment on top of that it weakened our case of Kashmir. Negotiating with US after 911 by Musharaf, so bad and pathetic meanwhile c___sking Indian co___ by Musharaf, giving Indian media free access into our homes. First you do Kargil then you go and start chummi shummi with Indians, what kind of diplomacy is this? Then breeding traitorous c_nts like SAFMA, Fazlu and giving free hand to anti-nationalist channels like Geo without any accountability by Musharaf. Lal Masjid etc. On top of all this giving NRO to biggest looters of Pakistan and then giving them a free hand. Past 15 years were the most important years in growth of South Asia and we were the only South Asian country(apart from Afghanistan) who had to bear this type of fkery.

The point I am making is, recent COAS's have been reasonable and over all good but why did we let go the c__nt who fked our country to devastation? Where is accountability? Interior Minister recently asked IHC to halt courts verdict against Musharaf in treason case, also not going with strong prosecution against him in other cases. Obviously we know the strings are being pulled by Army but why? He did more damage than good. I bet if it was any other COAS than him things would have gone much better.

So all in all yes it is justifiable to criticize individuals especially top leadership of Pakistan Army and no it is not justifiable for every other petty thing that media these days criticizes.

Yes, Army should be criticised = Sarkari Hajan

Did Army stopped Benazir to take action against her husband and his 40 thieves who looted Pakistan!!

Yes, Army should be criticised = Hamid Mir

Did Army obliged BB to become a thief herself following the footsteps of her husband!! Or was she so stupid that she didn't know how her husband had created property empires in the UK, France, USA , Dubai etc. without having any declared sources of income!!

How did all BB's kids educated in the UK, when their parents didn't have any income to speak of!!

I am not even talking about the corrupt Kingdom of the Butts.

Yes, Army is responsible for all the ills in Pakistan. IF it had any sense it should have committed few more sins and killed all these corrupt thugs.
Yes, Army is responsible for not clearing Pakistan from this filth.
