The one in the picture is a different missile called qaased-3.
That one is a much larger air breathing missile:

It can be used for anti tank roles, but not limited to just that.

Making these things smaller is a much bigger feat than these bigger ones, Iran has bigger versions like that qassed-3. I am very impressed by this akhgar missile. Very compact system for our UAV's. It seems the guys at IRIAF can deliver, it's not just the IRGC after all :D

i'm wondering is there any possibility to load these on our jets? it would be a great weapon for CAS missions.

actually seems like world is moving toward this type of munitions for CAS porpose. like US AGM-179 and AGM-169 or british brimstone and SPEAR. it makes completely sense to replace these missiles with AGM-65 maverick. just imagine we integrate them to our f-5 jets. with two maverick sized bomb an f-5 has a combat radius of 500km while a maverick weights 300kg. lets say we arm them with 6 akhgar. this would save almost 400kg of weight and triple the A2G capability of plane and increase it's combat range to 850 km.:cheesy::cheesy:
