Yes, in the specifications it was mentioned short range and medium range of both SSM and SA missiles.

I think Shahid Soleimani doesn´t have SAM

No search radar, and no illumination radar = no SAM.

Unless they fitted a IR version of SHORAD, like Umkhomto, but it is necessary a long range IR search and finder, and I can´t see any of those equipments in the ship.

Anyway it is magnificient, and a concern for the US Navy and others. They are each step closing harder the Persian Gulf.
