You know how vulnerable BRICS countries will be if US retaliate. Only Russia and China in BRICS are in that position to pull it off if US sanctions them.
At one point, the world will get sick of American economic bullying. America has to go down one day. The joy ride will come to an end, sooner or later.

According to Wikipedia source:

Algeria, Indonesia, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Turkey and Venezuela have expressed interest in membership of BRICS.
My chacha, mama, mausi, phupha, tau, tommy, jerry and sunny leone all want membership. Currently applications are open for PISSING BRICS, so Pakistan, Indonesia, Saudi, Sudan, Nigeria can be accommodated, as long as they can be guarantors for Ivory Coast and Gambia

Nope, Wikipedia can be edited by any one. Indonesia has already been invited by BRICS in any of their meeting, the reason we are still not part of BRICS because we want to have more neutral stance rather than joining one of the powers.

Our position has become like that since we initated Non Allignment movement in which the first meeting was in Bandung, around 1960's

BRICS needs own currency to be taken seriously. Without that, USA's liberal stomach would digest it.

Just remove dollar, at least, from bilateral transactions.

Would be wise for BRICS to secure Energy exporters.

Any way I see it, Europe has a f**** future if no Russia, while North America and Asia would secure themselves.

Europe has no choice but to make friends with Russia,

The only country in BRICS+ with a hard currency is China, so that means that BRICS+ would have to adopt RMB in bilateral trade.

Otherwise, it's just a bunch of countries screwing each other over by forcing each other to get paid in soft currencies that are more or less worthless as they have to be held as reserves that wilt over time.

If we take a look at 1 full economic cycle, then we will look at the currency exchange rate from USD first in ~2007 and then today.

For Brazil, in ~2007 the USD/BRL was ~1.75-2.15 and today it's ~5.20.

For Russia, in ~2007 the USD/RUB was ~24-27 and today it's literally useless in most of the world.

For India, in ~2007 the USD/INR was ~39-45 and today it's ~83

For China, in ~2007 the USD/CNY was ~7.29-7.8 and today it's ~7.116

For South Africa, in ~2007 the USD/ZAR was ~6-7 and today it's ~18

They need foreign expertise, who can set up refineries in Venezuela.
Iran is- Iran already fixed and activated Venezuela's 2nd and 3rd largest refineries, and Iran is currently working on activating and upgrading Venezuela's largest refinery.

Western powers no longer have the monopoly on anything valuable in the world today.

For Russia, in ~2007 the USD/RUB was ~24-27 and today it's literally useless in most of the world.
You're lying - How can the Rouble be the best performing currency in 2022 and be "useless in most of the world"? i can smell hate for Russia in that comment.

BRIICS.

The funny thing about BRICS is that is a Western invented name by western economists.

They even can't independent from the West neither choosing the name of the organization .

The entire reason why the Rouble is so high is due to Russia literally not being able to spend it pretty much anywhere.

In reality, this means the Russian Rouble is "useless in most of the world"

The point of a currency is as a unit of account and a medium of exchange.

Literally not being a medium of exchange in the majority of worldwide GDP worth of countries makes it "useless in most of the world".

This is simple economic mechanics.
