Well the only reason India is not hunting down the Martians is they don't exist. Not targeting someone because it does not exist is a very valid reason, in case you didn't know that.
Indians claim that terrorist camps exist in Pakistan yet they do not target them. Does that mean indians believe the camps do not exist? Well it's contrary to their first claim that terrorist camps exist in Pakistan.

You seem to be a young kid. Let me make it simple for you, in that, there can be other reasons why the camps are not targeted.

This one just prevented 5 terrorist attacks, that is what's new about it. We have caught Indian hindus before that RAW trained them to read arabic, Quran and have knowledge of hadees and Islamic history. RAW has taken many hindus and spent years on them to make them muslim insurgents and embed them in the Talibaan. Though these Indian agents have Islamic names and pray nimaz as an intelligence job, they are still hindu at heart. So, when one of these agents get caught that RAW spent minimum of 3-7 years to put them through Islamic education, it is a big loss for RAW. Ordinary RAW agents are caught dime a dozen and we would not waster any storage space on PDF for them.

Now what exactly is ISI doing to stop the heavy sponsoring of terrorism by RAW? Are they taking out the RAW-sponsored terrorist training camps, Indian consulates and information centers that fund and support terrorism in Pakistan? So far they seem to have failed, but they still have time to make up.
ISI's limited budget and spendings are always published.
In other words ISI activities are well published.

ISI need to be made independent with $1billion budget per annum and than it start to tic.

While terrorist camps run by Hindustani consulates in Afghanistan are earning sources of India as well.
They generate revenue of many billion dollars and it is in economic interest of India to keep destroying Pakistani schools.

Tell me how could ISI block Afghan minerals being transited through Pakistan?
It is approved by the P.M. it self, in return his siblings are shopping around the globe.
Pakistani consulates world wide are only working for the service of Gilani's family.

During Zardari regime we found, many captured RAW operatives were carrying fake NID cards prepared with NADRA machines and material !!!!!!!!!
Pakistani consulates/embassy in US and Saudi Arabia had been found selling Pakistani passports to Indians.

Bannu had large number of hindus before 1947, hindu temples are still there. Hindus were forced to leave bannu but they have not forget their ancestral place, they come to bannu to visit their old homes. The arrested indian will be mostly problem there to visit their ancestral place.
