I always do my research, 4/8 m autoclave is ..well ..too small for curing large structures like the wing or fuselage-watch the video.
Besides, Composite structures for 9G fighter demands much higher tolerance to G loads compared to helo and thus higher rejection rates at HAL, unsustainable for mass production. Then there is the automated tape laying machines, the titanium structures...the list goes on. Why do you think Dassault rejected HAL?

The machines used by Boeing, particularly the ones used for manufacturing military jets is export controlled.
    You can’t just get them.

Go through The Electroimpact Mentined they said they provide it Not just Boeing but To other customers as well

Here They are Mentioned Existing Assembly lines
    And there customers Includes,Airbus,Bombadier,Boeing
They also Include Chinese XAC C919 if you saying Export controlled

    https://www.electroimpact.com/AssemblySolutions.aspx

They also Have Offices in China
To Provide Technical support and Back End logistics

Electroimpact opened an office near Xi’an, Shaanxi province, China to provide design and support services to the Chinese market, beginning with the XiFei Aircraft Corporation (XAC) in Yanliang.
    https://www.electroimpact.com/Company/China.aspx

Basically they Will Provide you Customized Version Of the Tools & machines Required For your Assembly
Like they to With Military Aircraft Airbus A400m
    https://www.electroimpact.com/AssemblySolutions.aspx

This how An Assembly Works you Can see Mark of Electroimpact on all machines

This Not even a real challenge .There More hard challenge To actually Develop A Military grade Composite Fiber Materials mixture And Alloys And Each military has there Classified Design and composition that Is real deal And it Should be Hard enough to Face 9G Pull
