UP has started the geo tagging which will help to find the owners of stray cows. It is a traffic headache if cows are allowed to stray. I would want govt in buildings gaushalas in all major cities and towns for the strays that don't have owners. It is only humane to allow them to die in dignity in their old age.

As i said that cow app is a genuine market hit if the bovine community allows for mass surveillance.

India seems to be a socialist country for the animal kingdom and a cut throat capitalist for humans.

Incredible ain't it?

India is a symbol of piracy and perversion. A mob masquerading as a Nation.
That is Pakistan you are describing. I lived recently in India for 10 years before moving back to states. I haven't experienced any problems that made me think I made a mistake coming back to my country. Did not encounter any mobs or any intimidating situation from people or from the government. In fact I made it a point not to give any bribes to officers for my construction projects. I completed 90% of my projects without any bribes. In two cases I had to because of delay in getting permits. Overall things are improving but at slow speed.

Your 10 percent margin encapsulates a problem of 150 million people. Average size of a countries considered overpopulated.
