This bastard modi and his retarded bhakts have now become a headache for the country. Even petty things like these are enough get that coward feel threatened.
You are underestimating how low Modi can go, just when you think he reached the bottom the of the barrel he will surprise you by digging through it !

I am sure Modi is planning and working on claiming victory when the present catastrophe subsides.

Lol. Another myth perpetuated by the CCP to prevent Chinese citizens from begging for refuge in India. In reality, no country has been as much of a laughing stock around the world as China has and even its relative recent rise is because they use little children in sweatshops to sew shoes for their white masters.
I like how staunchly you defend democracy, and at the same time you live in India where democracy is a joke. If this virus had appeared in India, then the situation around the world would be even worst, and india would likely be more fucked than it is right now. yet you sit here criticizing China. You call China a laughing stock when 90% of the world laughs at India and only treats it as a market. And I just know now you’ll bring Pakistan into the story to try to make yourself feel better.
China has achieved more in the last 10 years than India has since its independence, and they still have better human rights than India (and that’s saying something given its China lmao.)
you people are so pathetic, it’s honestly sad. Kindly go fight for the Indians dying due to the failure of your system and government before you start barking up every other tree, trying to blame other countries for your failure.

He's always been full of gas and gobar. I am just glad I never voted for him. I voted for Vajpayee twice so it's not as if I am anti BJP. It's just that this man is a completely out of his depth.
And I regret voting for him. He is no Vajpayee but a crook criminal and corrupt politician with no morals.
What do you guys think of Gandhi and Nehru?

The reason for my question is that every single Indian in my company hates Nehru and Gandhi and blame them for the creation of Pakistan. They hate them more than Jinnah, they think that Jinnah was a British spy.

Is this thought prevalent in India?

Lol. China has better human rights? Ask that to the Uighurs. Or the Tibetans. Or relatives of the 50 million killed in the Great Leap Forward. You can defend China as much as you like - won't change facts.

Every Institution worth its salt was built by Nehru. Also democracy was reinforced and built by him - he encouraged the opposition. Here is an interview of his in the 1950s. And you can see how clear headed and focussed he is. No rubbish like Akshay Kumar asking Modi - "Aap aam kaise khate hain?"

Gandhi is a more complex figure. However the role he played in bringing the suffering of Indians under British rule on the global stage in unparalleled.

same old BS about Xinxiang Uighurs from west's lies on China, Uighurs have gdp per captial $9k now, well on the way to $20K in next 10 years, they live a peaceful and prosperous life, which Indians can only dream of in 'supa powa'
for once you worry about your daily 400K (significantly under-reported by modi) covid cases and oxygen for now

What public perceives is in most of cases different from reality. Foolish people have been made to believe that Nehru and Gandhi are responsible for all the problems we face today by the BJP's propaganda machine. Nehru's only mistake was blunders that he made during the Sino-Indian war. But it was actually him who furthered the nation on the path of industrialization. He created centres of excellence like IITs and AIIMS, ISRO etc. He was a true visionary and statesman unlike anpadh gawar modi and amit shah who have found an appeal amongst people like themselves.

Now coming to the creation of Pakistan, Jinnah had no plans to create a separate nation. He wanted to become the PM of the independent India and Nehru wanted that position for himself. Nehru's clout was growing and he was the favourite for that post as a large population of muslims supported INC rather than muslim league. Muslim league won from places like present day Bihar, UP and Bangladesh and lost in current day Pakistan. This made Jinnah insecure and he demanded a separate country for muslims. British also had interests in Creation of Pakistan as it would serve as a buffer state against Soviet aggression. So this is the whole story behind it.

Except inform the world on time. And started the virus in the first place. And jailed a few people who spoke of the virus. Else everything was great.
oh, jackdaws,it's a common sense but I have to educate you, there wouldn't be a covid but just another "flu" if this happened in India in the first place and you know the reason.

He's also an excellent orator.
I never understood what great oratory talent people find in Modi. Compare him and the leftist leaders of the world. Modi will be nowhere near them. Watch this speech of Gaddafi in the UNO General Assembly in 2009 and you will see why Gaddafi can be really called a world leader, one from a true revolutionary background. Can Modi give that kind of speech ?

Nehru had many faults but he did do a lot of things right regarding institutions that were built up and are beneficial to the country still to this day. Don't like any restrictions being put on anything a free press and internet are crucial in democracies. But some here giving us advice from a country where no such freedom exists is kind of funny. It May have fast internet speed but that internet is in total control of the single-party state . I do think Modi is a danger to our democratic rights but I still have a right to call him what I want without having full state security come down on me.

Nehru built all those institutions because he was the only one there .
Such a ridiculous "argument" .
Did the people here expected him to cut grass while he was PM for all that time without any opposition.

It's all relative. Last great orator India had was Vajpayee. Manmohan, Rajiv were rubbish as orators. Also, like Trump - Modi connects with the audience by using cheap language - "Didi o Didi" is a recent example.
