You can look it up. It was part of $2 billion line of credit that was taken by BD few years back. I just remember that it was given in four instalments of $50 million each.
Line of credit would mean its different from a grant, i suspect.

I have searched, could not see anything, but whatever...

How can we? You took payments from us and promised to give us the vaccines but you gave the middle finger.
That was a contract between two private parties, BD and Sirum institution. We only took partial payment. In fact by 25 Aug, 2021 we had dispatched more vaccine to BD than any other countries.

First $200 million of $2 billion LOC was converted to grant by Indian government as a good will gesture.
