If you go to St Petersburg, they have a metro running under the Neva River.

Problem remains of asking for moon, but not paying for the ride or looking after the rocket en-route :enjoy:

Trust me, I have had many a deep conversation with lot of ppl from Bombay etc about the terrible city planning there and in India more generally. Can only really chuckle about it in the end I suppose heh.

New, Delhi metro lines have opened today, part of pink line.

"South and east Delhi have now been connected directly on the network and commuters can save time by using it, who otherwise had to rely on road transport or a longer route on the Delhi Metro," Mr Puri said.
"The new Mayur Vihar Ph-1 station is an engineering marvel as it has been constructed on a narrow road with only 13 metres of width. The viaduct adjacent to the station passes at a height of 23 metre and goes above the Dwarka-Noida Blue Line viaduct as well as a road flyover. The new station has a length of 140 metre and has 11 escalators and six lifts," the DMRC said.

The Hazrat Nizamuddin Metro station on the Majlis Park-Shiv Vihar Pink Corridor of Delhi Metro's Phase-3 will become one of the metro network's major transit hubs as the station would provide direct connectivity with the Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station as well as the Sarai Kale Khan Inter State Bus Terminus."

Total length of Delhi metro would now be around 320 km.

Vandals have already damaged another modified train today.
My suggestion, if vandals target this train just run them over with this train.

Hard, technical issues :(, India IT industry alone is bigger than the entire economies of its neighbors one-on-one. Proof :

    :welcome:

India's software exports are above $ US 200 Bn., translated to $'s PPP 2 Trillion !

Howzzat ? Note re: below image, a desi company Cognizant Inc. is missing. It should be in # 2 or 3 slot in Top 5. CGI is also missing. Deloitte, Accenture, Ernst & Young, Booz Allen, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, GE, BoA, CityBank, Google, Microsoft, Facebook, IBM and their Global competitors have massive staff in India re: India based Globalisation and outsourcing. Massive Indian staff! Bluest of the Blue Chips IBM was in Global controversy because of rumours that third of its workforce is out of India.

Below chart is just the tip of the iceberg - maybe India registered Co.s only. With never-ending growth. The whole world is yet to catch up with American levels of digitisation and as an insider, I can state that India is playing a major role in bringing brand name digitisation to those Global locations which are un-serviceable by traditional US or EU case standards.
