What the? So you condemn BSF shooting? I am one of the few Bangladeshis on this forum who doesn't mind smugglers getting shot but going by your own argument is India not violating human rights?

Yes. BSF and Indian Military needs to be defunded. Total waste of money.
Stop illogical statements.

Bangladeshi Hindus as minorities live better in Bangladesh than Hindus do in India as citizens.

They have better rights and opportunities here than even Muslims.

Hindus in Bangladesh are cleaner than Hindus in India as Bangladeshi Hindus have picked up clean habits from the Muslims around them.

You have finally caught on to the practical idea that roti-rooji and hygiene are more mahaan than pursuing arms race which only lines corrupt leaders' pockets.

Your statements have now given you special rights to be appointed Bangladeshi lobbying agent in New Delhi, along with several luxury sherwani outfits (and a bonus gold pocket-watch) as starting gift. You will also be given a formal Bangladeshi Tankha certificate.

Please contact our Commercial Attaché at the embassy and tell them Bilal recommended you.

India is trying to appease and please BD. In case of a war with China, if China succeeds in choking Siliguri Corridor, then Indian forces, trapped in North-Eastern states, would need to retreat through Bangladesh. This is called contingency planning.

They will be doing that quite fast as we suspect. Knowing that - we have built very nice 4 lane highways for this exact purpose. :-)

It is what it is brother...life is short, one way or the other.

People keep forgetting this. Human Stupidity...all you will leave in this world is your deeds and words, and that is what the next generation will judge you on.

There is a reason why Allah warns us again and again about transgressors. About those who cross limits.

Surah Al-Ma'idah (5:87)

O you who believe! (Do) not make unlawful (the) good things what has made lawful Allah for you, and (do) not transgress. Indeed, Allah (does) not love the transgressors.

Bold Part: From the Siliguri to Chinese land in the north about 200 km away is not a flat land that the Chinese military will just push in to capture. The Chinese territory is 2500 m above Sea Level from where it is just not possible to come down to Siliguri.

Please note that the contested land is the Arunachal Province (NEFA) of the Indian NE. It is difficult for India to move troops and ammunition through the Siliguri corridor to its NE at the outbreak of war.

This is why India needs BD neutrality or outright help when India moves its troops and logistics to the NE in time of a war. If BA troops inhibits IA troops from moving through the Siliguri corridor, it helps China. If it allows IA troop movements, it disturbs China.

In the case of adversity from BD, IA troops have to fight its way through BD land. This proposition is not very attractive to India. During the time IA troops fight the BA troops, the PLA troops will enter the Arunachal.

This is why BD has become important for both China and India. I personally wish no breakout of wars if BD strictly adheres to its neutrality. Both China and India will find it difficult to wage wars in the Arunachal Province (NEFA).
