Land, sea and air versions of BRAHMOS should be sold with full TOT to Vietnam and SCS countries.....
Why with full ToT ? Just sell them and train their forces to operate it. There has been news of BRAHMOS sale to Vietnam going on for years. When things wern't as hot with China in 2018:

May 2019:

The Pinoys will buy some:

Brahmos is Russian tech, they'd never allow that to happen.
It's technically a joint venture and 100% of it is produced in India but yeah, I wonder if the Russians get a say in any sale India might make.

edit: last link above, looks like the Russians do have to clear it, so looks doubtful given current Indo- Chinese military tensions.

India should help vietnam develop nuclear tech.Thats all is required.
lol no ?

The nuclear weapon club is membership is permanently closed now, India and Pakistan got on the last boat. All of the UNSC and virtually every other country will put a sanctions deathgrip on India and Vietnam so quickly we won't know what hit us.

Where we could help most is probably with the Navy with Kolkata class destroyers or Karmota class anti submarine stealth corvettes and few other options.

The Tejas has just hatched, only 2 operational in service squadrons ? but maybe at a later stage as it matures some more, but again it's not wholly indigenous and some weapons and avionics/sensors etc are imported so the legality of any Tejas sale is questionable, there may be roadblocks until full 100% indigenization. The airframe is 110% desi, we shouldn't have the same kind of problems China has with their license manufactured Flankers in terms of sales.

Lol what dellysion you people have here. SU57 is plagued by Russian inability to achieve economy of scle not Indian participation. Plane is already finished ready to be inducted in large number. Globe master isnt a replacement for IL series if it was you would have scrapped it by now. As for tejas let me know when you have 230 plus in your inventory been hearing that for 2 decades. What about Su30 and Mig 29 which are using mainstay so should we assume them garbage bcz they dont have american engienes. What about y I ur fleet of russian helos? By you standsrds they all are junk.

The sooner Indians know their place, the sooner India will be on the right track in their nation building. Too sad, an average Indian would rather proudly "patronize" foreigners than humbly help their own "untouchables".
