What I find bizzare is both are dressed exactly the same. But both will claim it is their heritage. Thus spitting on the idea of two nations.
We look different. There might be some overlap but personally I do not look like Modi  That is reason enough to draw a f**king line between the sand.

Imagine no Pakistan, and its Modi, not the prime minister but President of "Greater India". No doubt had India taken Pakistan they would have chanakyed their way into grabbing some Afghan territory. They would have erased and Indianized all Indus valley history and heritage, gone like the Buddha relics, defaced. That is a wet dream for Iranians too, they always have seen Pakistan as a hinderance to bordering India. What an insult.

Afghanistan is the final piece, if they become stable allies Iran is checkmate as China will check India. It's game over for India and it will balkanize which is long overdue.

Biggest issue unfortunately for Pakistan it has an ideological problem, the two nation theory simply does not hold in a changing complex world where hostile countries who have a more lets say rounded and a more "complete" ideology are able to influence easily in Pakistan. Its so obvious to see, a very religious person can easily be swayed to anyone, Afghanistan, Iran, Syria, Yemen, TLP, Lal Masjid, TTP etc. This is why Iran focused on Shiaism as it allowed them to have more ownership so ideologically they wouldn't be attacked by the Saudis. Same with Indians. So by binding yourself solely on two nation you are creating a weakness which is being exploited every time! Even the concept of Pakistan "not being Muslim enough" (which is ludicrous, I have never seen such devout people) therefore an enemy by Al Qaeda, what do you think will happen? There will be some who will diverge.

I guarantee you right now, mark my words, Afghanistan will implement sharia and at some point someone is going to come along funded and sponsored by abroad who will say "you are not following sharia properly" or "people are being baad" and the regime would be challenged. Its like going full communist and doing a Cuba  Is Pakistan prepared for that eventuality?

Even going attaturk would be a shift but it needs work to the point when the checkmate opportunity does present itself, there is ZERO RISK internally.

Yes , imran khan is right , raegan did compare the mijahdeen to the founding fathers of United States. In 1983 visit of the mujahdin to White House
Zbigniew brazinskiy also said that .

If only ground reality was as rosy as Imran Khan's speeches.

P.S. I'm not taking anything away from IK. PTI has literally flipped the foreign policy on its head and is actually making pakistan a force to reckon with but to go up against a juggernaut like India, we really need to go a long long distance.
Like all juggernaut's they need fuel to run so if you contribute to the tax collection it will help. Talk is always cheap.

Everything these witches say are an embarrassment to themselves, IK didn't say anything wrong Infact he was spot on about Afghan mujahideen and Ronald reagan, despite the faults of IK governance , I will never in my life vote for these treacherous status quo snakes ever again.

Its easy how about IK and fascist Modi is put on the podium in front of the US papers editors and let world decide who is a statesman. Modi pigeon English and small mindedness will be spectre for centuries to come.

Soon you and your leader will have enough time behind bars to kill and do some research unless some one smuggles in the mobile phone.

It’s not a fair comparison. Imran Khan speech was only targeting his base in Pakistan. It’s same repetitive stuff. Does not take Pakistan forward in world equation. Net net just ranting. Instead of focusing on Pakistan this guy talked about Taliban and used UN to legitimize terrorist. He knew his world standing so did not travel to US he would have achieved nothing anyways. So that is good that he saved cost of air travel hotel etc.

I know some of you will say. Yeah bol diya who bol diya. One has to understand the stage and the purpose. He is total failure in that and seems nobody in Pakistan know as well.

carry on. Be happy with words and zero results.

Celebrated? They were even quoted as founding fathers and right vs wrong. You have just quoted 2 biggest frauds of intellect and professionalism.

What a shame to post a comparison with Modi.
"..... I've spoken recently of the freedom fighters of Nicaragua. You know the truth about them. You know who they are fighting and why. They are the moral equivalent of our founding fathers and the brave men and women of the French resistance. We cannot turn away from them...."

But the men pictured in the photo are not Taliban fighters, and Reagan's quote included in the post was in reference to Nicaraguan rebels not the Afghan men.

However, neither of these claims are accurate. The quote, while real, was Reagan’s comparison of America’s Founding Fathers to Nicaraguan rebels seeking to overthrow the Nicaraguan government (here , here), while the photo was captured before the Taliban existed.

Infact he was fact-checked in 2019 too.

The anecdote that PM Khan shared about Ronald Reagan comparing the mujahideen to the Founding Fathers is a commonly made mistake and there is actually no truth to it. Reagan had actually compared Nicaraguan rebel fighters to the Founding Fathers, a comment which has since been wrongly connected to the mujahideen.

But since IK loves conjuring facts out of habit, it shouldn't be a big issue.

You cannot omit the context. He was referring to all freedom fighters fighting Soviets at that time. Afghan, Nicaraguan, Angolan etc etc. He was referring to those freedom fighters being moral equivalent of American founding fathers or men and women of French resistance.

Secondly, those freedom fighters /mujahideens later became what?

But obviously, no fact or sense can be expected from a nation who see Pakistan army on 5th floor of a 2 story building.
