Cases like these are meant to scare him but it will help his cause. One thing they are not understanding is that he has the support of the people from all the circles. Courts are making themselves a target just like Army.

How is it contempt of court when IK was talking about the torture, sexual assault and that Shahbaz Gill was mentally broken and the magistrate did a wrong thing by giving two days physical remand, never ever a judicial remand was again converted into a physical remand, and that he will go to court.

What the divisional magistrate did was a contempt of judicial system, and an utter disregard of basic human rights.

A controlled and weak, pliable judiciary in itself is a contempt on the judicial system of Pakistan, as people have lost the trust on it.

So Mr advisor, what is the outcome of IK outburst against respected and honorable Judge Zeba ? ulta khud phus giya IK now. Gill ky physical remand per remand mil raha hai Rana Sunallah ki police ko where they are gang raping Gill on daily basis and for the fun sake, exclusive rights given to Geo network for the XXX coverage.
The outcome is that everyone in the world can now see why the Pakistani judiciary is ranked 130th in the world, and how badly it is compromised, both in terms of being incompetent and being manipulated and coerced by the Establishment, PMLN & PPP into accepting absurd cases (like this one) and passing absurd decisions.

Imran Khan was absolutely correct and justified in what he said - it is his and every Pakistani citizens right to criticize court judgments, whilst also accepting that such judgements need to be contested, disputed and protested against under whatever means the constitution allows. Take for example the US Supreme Court judgment overturning Roe V Wade this year - the SCOTUS judges and decision have been and continue to be severely criticized. No one is calling for 'contempt of court' or 'terrorism' charges to be brought against politicians, anchors or protesting civilians.

It is only in the Banana Republic of Pakistan, with a judiciary ranked at the bottom of the world, that such ridiculous situations occur.
