That's awesome as an individual achievement, but the real question in this thread is whether the education and environment at your university had any significant role and impact in fostering this creativity.
I think it would come down to individuals more than anything.
My postgrad is from the UK - the university was excellent but even then it came down to the individual faculty.
So that is where the quality of faculty is determined by the university and how that faculty is also guided by good leadership.
Did my university experience in Pakistan have good faculty that was guided by good policy?
No,
I found excellent faculty in the most unexpected branches of the university and pathetic ones in their “flagship” branches.
As they say - both doctors and teachers can make or destroy lives…
Guess which type Pakistan has more of?
And it doesn’t mean Pakistan has not or
cannot produce great ones; but as we both agree that the engineered environment is such that it never
will.
